No information on delivery time, despite the fact that it is written on the site that certain types of orders (over 70 or containing items such as water bottle, etc.) are retraceable, I wrote to customer service and immediately got a preset response that obviously doesn't help. If I had the option of paying a little more for reliable shipping (express courier with guaranteed, retraceable delivery) the problem would not be there. I regretted ordering labels from them that are important for the items my son uses at school.
Last year I bought the stickers and they were fine, but this year I bought them again and they are peeling off....
I'm disappointed with the delivery time, because on the site it says 48 hours and unfortunately, I received more than 1 week later! especially since I've been a customer of yours for almost 10 years. I've never been disappointed, on the contrary, I regularly recommend you to my friends and family. now we're going to have to improve the delivery time.

The items are very good, excellent quality. But they arrived after the deadline and I could not use them for what I ordered them for. The customer service, nefarious. I contacted when I saw that they did not arrive, when they arrived I explained what happened and instead of apologizing they congratulated me for receiving them (now that I can not use them as I explained) I think they are making fun of the customer...

Disappointed with the durability of the iron-on garment labels. Peel off even without washing. Instructions respected, even when holding the iron longer. I bought a second set and regret it. Time wasted gluing and re-gluing

I am very upset with you because I placed an order on August 14 and it is now September 15 and it has not arrived. They sent it to me again on 04/09/21 after I filed a claim and still nothing has arrived.
