After almost a month .... So many emails.... And address changes.... I still haven't received my labels.... Bad experience

I can't give an opinion as I still haven't received my order ????????????

Since August I have been waiting for the order, it has not arrived yet. And I have no contact phone number to see what is going on and to find a solution.

It's a scam. i've been waiting more than a month and a half for the labels.

I have not yet received the product and we have already been in school for a week.

I still have not received the order, after more than 20 days.

My daughter's school started and they haven't arrived yet, I couldn't mark her things.

Lousy experience. I placed an order for 44, a personalized case and labels of all kinds, the labels never arrived nor did they give me a solution after communicating it to the company, of course they did not refund my money either. I do not recommend it.

I have always trusted Petit-Fernand and have done well, but this time my order arrived 20 days late, making it impossible for me to make use of it. In addition, the delivery was made with a torn and wrinkled envelope.

I still haven't received my delivery (sticker labels that I needed for the start of my son's school!!). I have sent fue requests to know when I will receive them and still I have not even received a response! Very bad servicio. About the product I can not profer word.... since I haven't been able to see it yet!!!!

I made the purchase on August 24 and I still have not received it on September 15.

No news of my order

Disappointed with the durability of the iron-on garment labels. Peel off even without washing. Instructions respected, even when holding the iron longer. I bought a second set and regret it. Time wasted gluing and re-gluing

I never received my labels. I sent several messages & *never* got a reply. I got nothing! Impossible to call them as no number listed. Avoid!

I am very upset with you because I placed an order on August 14 and it is now September 15 and it has not arrived. They sent it to me again on 04/09/21 after I filed a claim and still nothing has arrived. My children have started school on September 9 and I have been in a hurry having to label badly and as I could all the clothes and objects for school. I have been buying your products for 7 years and I have never had such a thing happen to me. I have always given you my support both in social networks and recommending your brand to my friends and acquaintances, but on this occasion I have to say that it is very bad of you to let a customer down in this way.

They do not meet the delivery deadlines. 2 weeks and I am still waiting for the shipment.

I haven't received my order since August 23rd and I haven't heard anything about my two sticker orders. I have to say that I love them and I have been ordering them for school for 4 years, as they are good and durable but this time they have not arrived at home and you have not told me anything via email. I hope I don't lose my money.

I placed an order a month ago and it has not arrived, supposedly they would place another order without charging me. I haven't heard anything about it either. There is no tracking number or anything to know how the order is going.

I still have not received my order that I placed three weeks ago. I send emails and I get no response. They only resend me generic messages without answering me concretely to my claim. If it is impossible for my order to arrive, they will reimburse my money.

Labels not arrived.

Despite having received an apology email through this channel following review, order of August 5, I still have not had any contact,despite having sent them 3 contact request emails as well. I am very sorry and although I have been fine in the past, I think the contact mode should change and is very bad.

I ordered on August 28, it's September 14 and I haven't received anything. I had to label for the start of school everything otherwise. An order of 82 euros. Unacceptable.

The adhesive labels do not adhere well. I stuck them on markers and crayons and they all came off the next day.I will not repurchase them and do not recommend them. In my opinion over the years the quality of the products has deteriorated, I noticed this even on the labels to stick on clothes.

Very bad service...paid for things right away that never arrived

I'm very disappointed. I still haven't received my order 1 1/2 months after placing it. In addition, last year it arrived late and all horny.

They made a mistake! I ordered unicorn medal with address and they sent me my la. The strongest thing Esq me respond to days and after telling me q they will remedy no case! As I do not respond I will take action and share by networks with messages of great! I am outraged

The 48 hour deadline was not respected at all, I waited 10 days for my order.

I do not recommend buying from this site. Twice (the second times I had given them another chance) , I did not get the goods I ordered.
