There was an error on my part in the delivery address and they resolved it instantly and I was not given a discount and they resolved it immediately and refunded the difference.

I've been ordering labels for clothes and objects from monetiquette.com for years, and they're top quality and long-lasting. I recommend them without hesitation. However, I was disappointed with the durability of the lunch boxes. They're quite expensive and unfortunately didn't last more than 6 months.

Second order from them as I was very satisfied with the first. My son's lunch box lasted all last school year! The labels too. They hold very well and don't come off on objects or clothes. This time I took the water bottle, which also seems to be of excellent quality.

I ordered labels for my children's scout camp, which started on July 21. I paid for express delivery to receive my order between July 15-16, so that I could get everything ready and stick the labels on the kids' clothes. On July 20, I still hadn't received anything. I contacted customer service, who told me I'd be reimbursed for the shipping costs of just over 9, since my order hadn't been delivered as planned. I would have preferred to have my labels. Finally, I received my order on July 24, which was too late. It's no longer of any use to me. I'm really disappointed. I had to mark the clothes with felt pens, which damaged some of them.

I love the labels from EsIstMeins. Easy ordering with a very large selection. Shipping just takes a little long. We waited about 7-10 days. Tracking would also be great.

To date, after 15 days, I still haven't received my order. A letter with no follow-up because the price of delivery is far too expensive when compared to the purchase price but is this a reason to never receive the items? I say never because last year I had the same problem.
