Good product quality and fast shipping
The customisation and designs are nice but despite following the iron-on instructions carefully (and having used iron-on techniques in the past), disappointingly these have started to unstick after only a couple of washes at 40 degrees. I won’t be purchasing these again,

Beautiful thermal adhesive labels, even though small cracks occur during application. I give 5 stars also for the customer service that immediately arranged for the resending of the product that had been lost. I recommend!

Replacement cap ordered a long time after purchasing the bottle, still available and in the same color (the original was broken during yet another fall, the bottle is fine, the cap did not survive). Received quickly. I am very satisfied, no need to buy the complete bottle again!
