Unfortunately my order never arrived

I receive an e-mail asking for my opinion, but more than 20 days after ordering (priority shipping) I still haven't received it... My daughter will now return to school without her water bottle, Lunch box and labelled clothes...

I ordered 3 gourds on December 20. It's January 03 and I still haven't received anything... So my Christmas presents have been missed. On your website you guarantee delivery in 2 to 4 days. That's a long way from the 15 days it took me...

I ordered clothing stickers for my kid's uniform as they came up first on a Google search. They took ages to arrive from France (which I hadn't realised despite the company name) and were way too big to fit on his clothing labels. They have washed off after one wash. Absolutely useless and were expensive too.

I contacted the company to express my disappointment. Instead of a sincere apology, I was offered a measly 20% discount on additional purchases. This response is entirely unsatisfactory, as it does not address the fundamental issue of the product's poor quality. I expect a full refund for the defective uniform stickers and a sincere apology for the inconvenience and frustration caused.

I was supposed to receive the labels on the 18th, but I got them on the 24th. Too late. The clothes had to be marked over the weekend so I went to the supermarket to buy white labels and wrote in pen. I've got a batch of labels I don't need and 30 bullets less in my account. An experience I won't repeat.

The bottles arrived broken and with the wrong personalization. They were sent back and one of them arrived without the straw. I asked for a refund but I had to pay for the bottle to be sent back!

Bag ordered for my daughter's school, after a week the strap broke, I told them about it, since then I haven't had any return, nor any customer service. Poor quality and poor customer service.

I've ordered from you several times before, but this time I'm really disappointed. I ordered quite a lot of labels and received notebooks with different labels mixed up each time. The ones you stick on your clothes and the others. When I'm going to use them, I'm going to have to be extra careful every time to make sure that they're really meant for clothes. Imagine that I'm wrong....my iron will be ruined. Unfortunately I don't think I'll be ordering from you again because it's too messy. Sorry but too risky. Kind regards

Disappointed by the plasticized product. Not designed for branding on clothing. The information on the website is not clear.

The last time i ordered via express, the delivery tracking came too late and i waited too long for my parcel, so i could have saved myself the express costs completely

My parcel got lost, I just got the reception email in u. Point relais different than the one expected....the service is not very serious....

The last 2 orders I placed did not arrive and I had to claim them again, but they did not arrive in time for what I had bought them for. When you buy is with all the conditions, and if I knew it was going to take so long I would not have ordered. I asked for a refund, since they did not meet deadlines and I did not even get an answer.

We ordered a lunch box for our niece for her first day at school, it was defective within a very short time and after contacting customer service, they said that they can no longer do anything for an order that is older than three months, neither a repair nor a new delivery or a refund. Cheeky, especially with children's products !!!! Absolutely no recommendation to buy!!!!!

Latest book of stickers we received hardly attached itself to anything. It was fine in previous purchase so I wonder what happened

I have not received the stickers that I ordered in time to prepare the bags of goodies for my children's birthday. This is the second time this has happened to me.
