I purchased thermoadhesive labels but after one wash they came off. I still thought they were to be able to stick on the clothes and instead I read once they arrived that they could only be attached to the label and in some garments I don't have that.

I like the concepts of water bottles and design however after using bottles, one of my kids came from school and said it smells metal and the taste of water was different. I checked it and my kid was right. It smells unpleasantly and the taste of the water inside seemed different from fresh water. Unfortunately, since then, my kids stopped using bottles.. shame, I was so excited these bottles to arrive and hopeful about the quality. To be honest, I am slightly disappointed and gutted as even the delivery costed me a lot. I am happy with the labels though. They are nice and good qualities .

Two orders placed, the first with ordinary delivery (always used in previous years) never arrived; the second order with express delivery payment at 9 arrived a week later than scheduled delivery. First time such a disservice has happened with this company. Excellent customer service, responded quickly and clearly. Refunded all the first order, and refunded shipping charges of the second order.

I ordered a drinking bottle as a gift for my nephew. Unfortunately, the turquoise bottle is much greener and the print more yellowish than shown. As the bottle smells quite chemical and the packaging was clearly damaged, we will probably not be ordering from them again. I would have liked to order a bottle for my niece, but the options for the font color don't match the preferred design either.

I was very happy with the stick on clothes labels they have done the job perfectly… however the website was advertising order now for an expected delivery date of xxx… however having placed my order the previous week and having not received them I thought it was a bit misleading as to how soon you would receive them.
