I still have not received my order that I placed three weeks ago. I send emails and I get no response. They only resend me generic messages without answering me concretely to my claim. If it is impossible for my order to arrive, they will reimburse my money.

Labels not arrived.

Despite having received an apology email through this channel following review, order of August 5, I still have not had any contact,despite having sent them 3 contact request emails as well. I am very sorry and although I have been fine in the past, I think the contact mode should change and is very bad.

I ordered on August 28, it's September 14 and I haven't received anything. I had to label for the start of school everything otherwise. An order of 82 euros. Unacceptable.

The adhesive labels do not adhere well. I stuck them on markers and crayons and they all came off the next day.I will not repurchase them and do not recommend them. In my opinion over the years the quality of the products has deteriorated, I noticed this even on the labels to stick on clothes.

Very bad service...paid for things right away that never arrived

I'm very disappointed. I still haven't received my order 1 1/2 months after placing it. In addition, last year it arrived late and all horny.

They made a mistake! I ordered unicorn medal with address and they sent me my la. The strongest thing Esq me respond to days and after telling me q they will remedy no case! As I do not respond I will take action and share by networks with messages of great! I am outraged

The 48 hour deadline was not respected at all, I waited 10 days for my order.

I do not recommend buying from this site. Twice (the second times I had given them another chance) , I did not get the goods I ordered.

In the advertisement they tell you that it is dispatched in 24-48 hours, not that after dispatch, it will take 10 WORKING days (which in my case was 13) to arrive. That is, three weeks waiting.

My order never arrived.

Order arrived very late! Also wanted adhesive labels and got iron-on labels instead, which I can't do anything with. Please take care EXCHANGE EXCLUDED! So expensive and no exchange for a bit of paper! Do not recommend it, there are better alternatives on Amazon

The delay, even if it was due to factors outside the company (couriers/postmen), causes harm to people like me who ordered them for school and, despite 2 weeks in advance, still have not received them.

I followed the instructions for putting on the clothing labels, but unfortunately they all come off the clothes, which is a real shame. The shoes, on the other hand, are fine.

All the labels have peeled off. They have not even lasted a month. Most of them have peeled off without even using the garment. The rest have stayed on in the washing machine. Bad purchase.

Orders take a long time to arrive at the post office and the package is lost. Waste of money and time.

Iron-on is not resistant to washing at 60 degrees. Even though I followed the instructions. I'm really disappointed and wouldn't recommend you again.

Only half of the order arrived. Multiple requests, no response. I had ordered personalized stickers for pencils etc. for the start of school, which I was charged for but which never arrived. Very, very sad as I wanted to put them in my son's school bag. Huge disappointment. Unfortunately, even the pendant, which is very nice in itself, can't make up for this.

Order placed August 24, 2021, order never arrived. I've reported the problem I don't know how many times, I didn't feel listened to AT ALL. I reminded you so many times and you always had some lame excuse. Even when I asked for my refund, I was still told to wait for the parcel (September 9, still nothing). I had to ask for my refund several times, which has finally arrived. What's more, I asked to be removed from your database (French Data Protection Act of 1978) and strangely enough I'm still receiving ads from you. I'd like this to stop as soon as possible, otherwise I'll notify the Cnil.

Very disappointed with the flask that arrived with the broken cap.

Order placed, supposedly sent but never received.

Very bad experience to date I have not received my order, since August 22nd I placed it.

I am still unhappy. I placed the order in August and still have not received it. They replied that they were going to remanufacture it since they don't know what happened. School has started and I still have no labels.
