The labels don't stick well

Textile stickers no longer hold so well. Half of them come off during washing. Otherwise I'm happy with the rest of the range.

Disappointed to have received part of the labels of the "camp" pack bearing only my son's first name, whereas I had indicated his first name AND his surname.

Nice design, but after the first wash the labels peel off - too bad.

The first labels I ordered were fine. This second time the font size of the label was too small even though the text and motif were the same.

Disappointed, the stopper broke after the 1st fall... a shame for a child's bottle.

I received the box with one side that wouldn't close because it was broken. As my son had a picnic organized a few days later, I kept it anyway, as the box closes on all four sides, which isn't a problem... Apart from this inconvenience, the box is very practical with its various compartments.

Unfortunately, my goods have not yet arrived.

In some garments when I wash it, they come off, I iron it again and it sticks again, but in the first wash many of them have come off. A pity because they are very nice and do not bother the child's body.

Hello, I posted a very good review a few weeks ago and I'm back with a little hindsight because I'm very disappointed! The labels are really beautiful, which is why I turned to your brand rather than my usual one. However, the iron-on labels didn't stand up to the first machine wash. My son is going away to camp on Wednesday and the labels have already gone into the wash. It's a real shame, because they're really superb (starry sky background with rocket detail - he was thrilled!).

Unfortunately, the cap on the thermal water bottles is very hard to open...not only for a child...but also for an adult. Too bad given the not-so-small cost...already informed the company on the first purchase, now I have purchased two more and the problem persists...I hope this comment is taken into consdideration.

Easy to navigate website, really lovely labels and arrived in good time. Unfortunately, the labels (iron on) just don't last. My daughterës clothes made two washes and then they were gone.

Beautiful designer labels and fast delivery. On the other hand, despite respecting the ironing instructions, on a garment label and a wash at 30 degrees, two have already gone off in the first wash, so I'm very sceptical about the performance.

I have ordered other times and very well. But this time the text of the second surname was below and much larger , so the text ( first name and first surname have been in small and the second surname in large ) . I think it would be good to include an example of how the sticker will be before sending it to print . Thank you .

Count on twice the time indicated to stick the labels with the iron, otherwise they will come off in the wash.

Perfect labels, but delivery time too long, arrived too late. 1 week after dispatch.

When the iron-on clothes labels arrived I was really pleased with them - they look lovely. I was also happy with the easy method of ironing them on to my daughter's clothes. However, after only a couple of washes (at 30 degrees Celsius), lots of the labels are peeling off the clothes, which is so disappointing.

The sharpness of the engraving is not good and the name is too small.

Does not stick. May not be suitable for central steamers. Too disappointed

The stickers are very nice. The design is simple. Because the stickers were so beautiful on arrival and I was busy sticking them on my clothes, I ordered more straight away. I had a rude awakening when I washed them. The stickers can't withstand a 40 degree wash. I tried everything. I stuck various labels on the clothes, pressed them down firmly, waited several days before wearing them, etc. In the end, I had to collect the stickers from the washing machine, throw them away and re-stick the clothes when they were dry. What a shame!

The labels look good, but they don't even last through a delicate wash. After the wash cycle, the labels must be removed from the inside of the washing machine. They are not suitable for the consumption indicated in the advertising. 2 stars only because of the color of the labels. What a pity... I won't be ordering from here again.

Easy, not very expensive but too little choice

Disappointed with this latest purchase. The labels don't stick and when they do, they come off in the first wash. My 1st order was not like this.

Very nice! But doesn't fit! I found it in the washing machine!

Second order for me and disappointed. The clothing labels do not stick at all despite the instructions. I was delighted with my 1st order but so disappointed with this one. Stumbled on the wrong series...

Everything about the product and delivery is fine, but I've been charged twice to my credit card.

Reception time in Italy more than a week

The first time I purchased the iron on labels, they were fab and long lasting..then the 2nd time something had changed, they seemed plasticky and almost every one of them peeled off in the first wash. I thought I'd give them another shot just recently and so wish I hadn't, same thing happening once again..labels partially peeling off in the first wash and I followed the instructions to a ëT' - safe to say that's the last time I'll be making an order from Petit Fernand. Such a shame as the designs are lovely but they are not fit for purpose...sort it out Petit Fernand!!

Already ordered several times. This time you can't get the stickers off the paper well and have to fiddle around for ages. Hope this is just an exception, otherwise I like to order dirt

I didn't get my order, I got someone else's!!

I'm rather disappointed because I found all the iron-on labels in the washing machine. However, I read the instructions carefully and followed them.

I placed an order which never arrived, I sent an e-mail, they replied immediately and offered to send me a second parcel at the company's expense, which I accepted. After several days, I still hadn't heard from them, so I e-mailed them 2 more times but got no answer, so I had to call them to get an answer. In the end I got a lovely young woman who did what was necessary, but waiting without any reply to my e-mails was a source of stress. Today my parcel arrived as promised by the person I spoke to on the phone and I'm delighted with my purchase.

The labels don't stick. Not up to scratch

The labels come off in the first wash... I think the dryer reinforced the problem... thanks for sending me back a booklet of labels, I'm replacing them as I go along and I hope they hold up better.

Well-made water bottle but with some minor flaws. The cap is very hard to close and a child struggles to do so. The spout is not easy to clean. A pipe cleaner would have been appreciated given the cost of the item. After one week the outside is already marked/scratched. Delivery time is not correct, the water bottle arrives at least 10 days later than when you confirm the order. Update: After about 20 days of use the cap joint broke, it was probably defective. I wrote to customer service and they supported me promptly and said they would replace the part.

The labels are great, as always, but I was very disappointed with the wooden label. For my taste it is too big to put on a children's backpack. Also the color and size of the text in reality does not correspond to what was seen on the screen while I was creating it. To finish, I have to say that I was charged for the shipping costs even though what I bought fulfilled the conditions that the web marked for free shipping. I had to contact them twice to get a refund of the shipping costs.

The stickers ok The water bottle and beautiful however manco three days if broken the plastic cap to close And the purse always in the canvas just arrived I washed it and it changed color

I'm disappointed. With my shoe labels, I didn't get the transparent protection that goes on them. I sent an e-mail in reply and was asked once again to explain what was wrong. I think that when you work in a company you have to know the products. I've been a customer of yours for some time and I don't think I'll be one for long, nor will I be recommending you to my friends and family;
