Order correct and on time

I love petit-fernand, ordered from them a few times now. Labels for the kids clothes are fantastic! The fun part is the kids get to design them each time; which they love. The labels hold up through the wash, inside shoes and wellies etc. I've not had an issue at all and have recommended them to many people.

These labels are great. They stay on so long and are quite tough to peel off. I have ordered a few times now.

Unfortunately, my order never arrived.

Speed of receipt. The labels looked just like they did on my screen. And we had enough labels to mark everything... Reasonable price. Nothing to complain about.

As much as I would have given them 5 stars with last year's labels, I'm a bit disappointed here. I washed clothes that had been labeled several days before, and the labels came off and stuck elsewhere, on other clothes. It did it for 2 labels, I hope the others will hold.

Ease of consultation and choice

Great stickers for naming kids items super sticky haven't lost one in the wash and no fading on them either. Great stickers have bought them time and time again.

Unfortunately, the labels I ordered arrived wrong and I could not even reorder them because they would have arrived too late.
