The labels never arrived at my home. On the plus side: very responsive after-sales service! However, to return the labels by express delivery, I had to pay the 9.50 charge. I don't think it's my responsibility to pay the express shipping costs in order to receive the labels in time at my home. I have therefore requested a refund.
