I am disappointed with my order for two reasons: - the labels were delivered after the start of the school year, so I had to get a felt-tip pen for the first few days of school. Because of this, the parcel would be lost! - Also, and this is shared by other parents, the labels don't fit. They're hard to get onto clothes, and when you do, they only come off after one wash. The same applies to stickers and iron-on labels. Far be it from me to criticize the brand, perhaps we've just come across labels of lesser quality. Nonetheless, this makes for a rather disappointing experience. The only positive point is that I loved the colors and the writing.

I bought thermoadhesive labels that are practically unusable because they have no hatching to peel them off. The only way to use them would be to cut them out with scissors.

I was a little disappointed to find that I had been sent the wrong labels - rather than sticker labels - iron on labels. I have used them before so I know it can be good. Just a shame that this time they got the wrong type.

2 years ago I ordered these labels. A booklet with many stickers for both objects and for clothing and footwear, which I loved but this time I have to say that I have been disappointed because the quality is not the same very plastic and fragile. I doubt that I will order them again.

After 10 days since I placed my order I do not have it! I claim via mail that is what happened, and they respond to me the next two days, they tell me that my order will be made again without costs. After another two days I get a new message that my order is ready and that it will arrive in 2 to 10 days... The stickers for objects and shoes are great. But the thermal stickers for clothes have been a disappointment. Almost all of them peel off, and I have stuck them following the instructions, but nothing, after a couple of washes they peel off again. A pity.

Beautiful gourd, but very fragile (my son put it on the table a little too quickly = crack in the outer wall, so no longer isothermal). It lasted 8 days. So expensive for that... To be avoided! What's more, I got a reply saying that it didn't prevent hermetic sealing. So the after-sales service did not meet my expectations.

This is the 2nd purchase I've made from Petit-Fernand. I do feel a bit conflicted with my score but think this is fair based on my experience. They arrive nicely packaged with some additional fun stickers for kids included, which is a nice touch. Also the range of colours, fonts and pictures that you can choose from to customise your stickers is great. I have found the stickers for items such as pencil cases, water bottles etc and the stickers for inside shoes to be excellent and they have always lasted the school year. However the iron on labels have not been as good. The first batch were just OK in terms of effectiveness however the 2nd batch I bought came off after one or two washes. I have tried ironing them on in different parts of the clothing e. g. on the label, on the actual t-shirt etc but they still fall out. I won't be purchasing the iron on stickers again.

However, with my last order I wanted to order stickers for my little one and for my godchild for his birthday and both were packed in a booklet, which is of course totally stupid because I can't give it as a gift and nowhere is it explained that everything from an order ends up in a booklet 🙁 very sad

We like the design and material of the bottle but the lid is too hard to open/close for a child. We've ordered alternative coloured lid too but it is also too hard to open/close. I don't recommend this for young children unless they are extremely storing. The image on the website didn't not really show the image of the opens lid which I felt a bit odd but now I understood why…
