Fast delivery Disappointment with the color and size of the iron-on labels. They are very (too) long.

The labels are nice. The rendering is beautiful. The downside for me. The price. Excessive!!! And iron-on labels I'd prefer self-adhesive instead.

The name label with a drawing of the sandwich box was badly stuck on because of the presence of bubbles! Not great and unprofessional

Good morning, I have noticed that this time the iron-on stickers are sticking worse, and are peeling off in the first wash. I don't know why, I have been sticking them the same way as the instructions say. I have clothing stickers from 4 years ago that are still intact, however these last ones neither stick well nor hold. Too bad because they are beautiful and my daughter loves them on her uniforms.

Look amazing but don't last a day first day they fell off and every other time doesn't last one wash without falling out very disappointing.

The delivery time was too long. The clothes stickers don't stay secure after a day of wear let alone after washing. The wash bag engraving was rubbish in the size of print and the quality. I should I bought elsewhere and used a marker, it would have been so much cheaper. The print was so small, what's the point. I previously bought iron on ones, these were better in security (they would stay in for about 2-3 terms), just fiddly to get on. Reasonable choice of designs however.

The product, a personalized gourd, very good, very pretty, but a downside, I could not change the color of the cap, you have to order another one in addition, and you can not place an order below 9, it's a shame, because a cap costs 8, you can not order it alone, it pushes consumption, it's unfortunate.

They do not stick well

I haven't yet tested the self-adhesive labels for clothes (their design is nice) but some of the sticker sheets I ordered didn't stick (and are very difficult to remove) and the water bottle is a big disappointment: too heavy for children and the cap is impossible to open/close even for an adult. I regret this purchase. Fast and careful delivery.

I really wanted to love these. The designs were super cute, there were lots of options, communications were great and the packaging was simply stunning. The only problem was that the labels simply don't stay on despite me following the instructions to the letter. Such a shame.

1st order last year no problem, very satisfied. 2nd order this year I'm disappointed. The writing is not clear, very slightly blurred. I think it's better to use simple/basic labels, for a satisfactory result.

The product has not yet arrived for me...why? waiting time is too long.

15 days to get my labels is a long time!

Stickers are much more practical. They do not wash off and are durable. The thermal labels that have to be stuck with an iron do not stick well, after 2 days they peel off and disappear in the first wash, you find them loose in the washing machine and useless because you can not stick them again. It is advisable to buy only stickers.

It never arrived. 17 Mar - received an email saying they will resend. Hopefully shall receive soon, in which case I'll update rating accordingly.

The labels from last time are great! However, it's not much use if the labels are supposed to be printed in 48 hours but still haven't arrived a week later.

Cute design. some of my son's stickers have remained attached to his clothes. of my daughter have all fallen.

The labels are nice and there are many customization options, the problem with them is that after the third wash and tumble dry the labels fall off and can no longer be reused (I followed the instructions to the letter). P.S.: I have not received any mail to solve the problem.

Beautiful design and products but bad shipping and delivery

New order for an Isotherm can. Satisfied, although it's a shame that the personalized text is not centered on the design... I've also noticed, over time, that the painting of the design doesn't remain perfect. A halo of color now stands out from the main design.

Clothing labels don't always fit very well, I find.

Very nice label, sticks perfectly. Just a little line to ask if we want to add a last name would be nice?

I placed my order and it arrived 17 days later. I contacted you and at first you gave me some directions. After confirming that the address was correct and that I still did not receive my order, you opted not to reply again. I had had a good experience up to this point.

The quality of the bottles is not worth the price. I had to change a stopper after a few months and the bottle breaks down quickly. For me the quality/price is not there.

Poorly used Automatic iron

Nice and quick, but the iron-on labels don't stick.

I really liked the labels, which were easy to order and personalize, but the only downside was the delivery time, which was a bit long for my taste. Would recommend.
