I have been relying on Petit Fernand for years but in the last order of clothing labels I have had problems. All the labels have peeled off. It's a shame that the quality has decreased so much.

I bought these stickers for the second time and they stuck properly. But it was very difficult to stick. Otherwise very nice design ????

They came right away, however, they come right off in the first wash, and some I even had trouble getting them to stick.

Easy to use and labels stay on well, but the format is not really suitable for children's clothing.

The label doesn't stick well to the garments, after washing, it comes off.

I ordered labels again after a first satisfactory purchase and was very disappointed, the labels are much smaller which makes them difficult to read.

Strength: Nice choice of color and logo. Weakness: Despite good use of the instructions, the label peeled off after the 1st drying! Very disappointed. I'd already tried another brand and hadn't encountered this problem. It would have been better not to change?

The labels don't really stick, even though I followed the whole protocol.

I ordered the same product 2 times: - First order - 06.05.21: Very good quality product, delivery time respected - Second order - 23.05.21: Poor quality product. Labels did not peel off properly + faded color. Late delivery. Open envelope.

Unfortunately, all the names in one sleeve do not come to everyone in another unfortunately

The truth is that we have never had problems with the shipment of our products but we still have not received the labels we ordered on May 12.... very disappointed this time with the shipment.

The quality and speed are always perfect. I have purchased several times and will continue to do so. The only comment to improve is that the visibility of the text (and font type) on the color I chose looked good on the computer but not printed. Obviously I chose it, but maybe the alternatives with low legibility could be blocked. Thanks a lot!

It doesn't stick easily with the iron, it comes off quite quickly.

I have the feeling that the labels from previous orders have held up better. Already had a few stuck in the washing machine after washing. Delivery and payment were all ok.

I ordered one set of iron-on labels and one set of stick-on labels for my child's clothes. The designs look super cute and have beautiful colors. Both are also super easy to apply. Unfortunately, some of the iron-on labels have already come loose in places on the 2nd wash and tumble dry cycle. I'm sure I applied them carefully according to the instructions. What a shame really. They should actually hold up well for the nursery.

I ordered labels for my aunt who was entering EHPAD, she has a lot of light fabrics and alas the labels do not hold, I am a little disappointed.

Stickers come off during washing

Average product quality, the prints are absolutely not sharp, there are snags on the products too. It was for a birthday present for a child and I was ashamed. Given the price of the products you offer, it's absolutely a bad experience that I won't repeat. If I ever need this kind of product again, I'll go to a competitor who provides much better quality. I had hesitated to order from them, but unfortunately I chose you. I won't make the same mistake a third time.

Order placed on May 15, received 2 weeks later. Even though it was sent by priority mail, I found that it took a long time.

Labels not that sticky for frequently washed garments. Especially the iron-on labels.

Fast shipping Nice labels The only problem I encountered is that on the first wash at 60°, they lift off.... Too bad because they are just beautiful, soft and easy to apply.

Fast delivery Disappointment with the color and size of the iron-on labels. They are very (too) long.

I am disappointed with the time it took to receive my order and with the result.

The labels are nice. The rendering is beautiful. The downside for me. The price. Excessive!!! And iron-on labels I'd prefer self-adhesive instead.

The name label with a drawing of the sandwich box was badly stuck on because of the presence of bubbles! Not great and unprofessional

Good morning, I have noticed that this time the iron-on stickers are sticking worse, and are peeling off in the first wash. I don't know why, I have been sticking them the same way as the instructions say. I have clothing stickers from 4 years ago that are still intact, however these last ones neither stick well nor hold. Too bad because they are beautiful and my daughter loves them on her uniforms.

Look amazing but don't last a day first day they fell off and every other time doesn't last one wash without falling out very disappointing.

The delivery time was too long. The clothes stickers don't stay secure after a day of wear let alone after washing. The wash bag engraving was rubbish in the size of print and the quality. I should I bought elsewhere and used a marker, it would have been so much cheaper. The print was so small, what's the point. I previously bought iron on ones, these were better in security (they would stay in for about 2-3 terms), just fiddly to get on. Reasonable choice of designs however.

The product, a personalized gourd, very good, very pretty, but a downside, I could not change the color of the cap, you have to order another one in addition, and you can not place an order below 9, it's a shame, because a cap costs 8, you can not order it alone, it pushes consumption, it's unfortunate.
