Second order of labels, following a first one a year ago which I really liked. However, some of the iron-on labels had a printing problem, and after telephoning sav, they immediately reprinted them at no extra charge. They were very reactive, and the printing problem didn't reappear on the new label sheets. Otherwise, the labels are great (both self-adhesive and iron-on), and wash well (after 1 year's use). Very happy with the shoe labels too!
