I was very disappointed i didn't get the pattern/colour i had clicked on for some reason and had no time to change it as they came so late. i had ordered some previously and they were great. sadly not great this time

I never received my order and no one is getting back to me...

I have not received my order

My order has not arrived yet since August 21, I demand a refund as soon as possible please as they do not answer my mails or calls.

I ordered the labels on August 21, and today, September 13, they have still not arrived. If I did not contact them, they would not have done anything since they were supposed to have been delivered.

I have not received my order yet and they have not refunded my money either. So in my opinion they deserve one star as they have not delivered what they promise. When they do I will give them an excellent.

The parcel did not arrive at my address, but at my old address and the package was torn.

The label peels off very quickly, disgusted, I'll do it with a marker now.

I would love to do a review if only I had received the order......

Lousy service. A mistake to have bought anything here. I placed an order on 08/29/21, I have complained 2 times, they answer you in French, they don't give you a tracking number of the order, now they don't even answer my emails, a scam. Today is 09/13/21 and nothing has arrived yet. I had to order them on another website and they have already arrived.

Thermoadhesive stickers are peeled off.

I bought it on August 15 and it has not arrived yet. Claim and I'm still waiting for them to come back to me, course started and everything and no stickers or money or anything.

I'm not at all satisfied, all the labels wash off! I've ordered from this site before and never had this problem. Now it's a waste of money, single-use self-adhesive clothing labels don't stick!

Very disappointed, the labels don't stand up to 1 wash, even at 30°C. I systematically find labels in my machine, whether iron-on or self-adhesive. I followed all the instructions and left the clothes to rest for more than 48 hours before using and washing them.

Placed order on 3rd September and still not received it ??

I have been buying your labels for 4 years now and unlike previous purchases, this year I have found that the object labels, single line, do not stay firmly attached to the object (marker) after application. The difference is unbelievable compared to markers I affixed your labels to last year and on which the labels are intact, despite an entire school year! I think you have changed the type of glue. I also took some comparison pictures.

I placed an order on August 20 for labels that were supposed to be needed by September 13! To this day they still have not arrived! And it already happened to me 5 years ago with my other son.

Ordered since August 26 and I am still waiting for it to arrive.

Order never received

I have been waiting for a month for the product and I still have not received it.

The postage was within the guidelines and the packaging is really great and it feels like a quality item but my daughter has been in school for 7 days now and in the first wash and tumble dry the label has come off. I washed her cardigans and tops at 30° and tumble dryer on a low temperature synthetic cycle and the iron on labels did not stay attached. I followed the instructions on how to attach them and loved that a piece of parchment paper was included in the order but they haven't worked for me. As this is my daughters first year in school I got the iron on personalised labels with a dinosaur and pink background and I also got 200 normal iron labels from a different place. The normal labels were £4 for 200 and they haven't come off at all. I am shocked and disappointed by this outcome to be honest because the iron on labels from here were the nicer option but they didn't work for us.

My son has already started school and the stickers I ordered have not arrived yet. I ordered them on August 12 and 15 days later I called poquet and they told me that they would send them again and I am still waiting for them.

I've been waiting for the tags since Aug. 21 (now Sept. 12), surely it was a postal mix-up but they should find a way to have a tracking service.

Order placed on August 14. It is now September 12 and I still have not received my order. I have requested a credit note and it has not been paid. They do not answer messages or calls.

Although I respect the heating time on the labels, unfortunately most of them don't last.

They work very poorly, I ordered the stickers pack on September 2 and I have not yet arrived, I do not know why they deceive the customer and put on the web that delivery is in 48 hours .... If I had known that they take so long I would not buy them, there are other brands that I have bought other years that meet their deadlines ... Thank goodness I had stickers from other years....
