I find it unjustified that you charge 6 euros shipping costs on an order of more than 60 euros. In addition, the shipment was made by Correos and it took more than 10 days to arrive in two packages, one of them was left in the mailbox. You say on your website that personalized orders are made in 48 hours, which you did not do, as it took you at least 4 days to send the order. The canteen lid cracked within a few days of being used. I have considered ordering a replacement but the price seems excessive. Some of the heat adhesive clothing labels have already peeled off....
