Lousy service, almost a month ago I placed my order and I have not received it, I sent an email complaining several days ago and I have not heard back. Very bad after sales service.

Placed the order on August 22, still haven't received anything. Hopefully they will give me a refund.

I placed an order on August 20 for labels that were supposed to be needed by September 13! To this day they still have not arrived! And it already happened to me 5 years ago with my other son.

Ordered since August 26 and I am still waiting for it to arrive.

Order never received

I have been waiting for a month for the product and I still have not received it.

The postage was within the guidelines and the packaging is really great and it feels like a quality item but my daughter has been in school for 7 days now and in the first wash and tumble dry the label has come off. I washed her cardigans and tops at 30° and tumble dryer on a low temperature synthetic cycle and the iron on labels did not stay attached. I followed the instructions on how to attach them and loved that a piece of parchment paper was included in the order but they haven't worked for me. As this is my daughters first year in school I got the iron on personalised labels with a dinosaur and pink background and I also got 200 normal iron labels from a different place. The normal labels were £4 for 200 and they haven't come off at all. I am shocked and disappointed by this outcome to be honest because the iron on labels from here were the nicer option but they didn't work for us.

I placed an order on 10/08/2021 and on 12/09 I still have not received the order and still no news?

My son has already started school and the stickers I ordered have not arrived yet. I ordered them on August 12 and 15 days later I called poquet and they told me that they would send them again and I am still waiting for them.

I've been waiting for the tags since Aug. 21 (now Sept. 12), surely it was a postal mix-up but they should find a way to have a tracking service.

Order placed on August 14. It is now September 12 and I still have not received my order. I have requested a credit note and it has not been paid. They do not answer messages or calls.

Although I respect the heating time on the labels, unfortunately most of them don't last.

They work very poorly, I ordered the stickers pack on September 2 and I have not yet arrived, I do not know why they deceive the customer and put on the web that delivery is in 48 hours .... If I had known that they take so long I would not buy them, there are other brands that I have bought other years that meet their deadlines ... Thank goodness I had stickers from other years....

Unfortunately, the labels are all coming off on me. I followed the instructions but on the first wash they are coming off.

The instructions were followed to the letter, yet in the first wash every other label came off!

Apparently my order was dispatched on 26th August. 16 days later and I've still not received it. Disappointed and a waste of money.

Every year I buy here and I have never had any problem, but this year I ordered almost a month ago and I still have not arrived, the phone does not pick up anyone and I have already sent a few mails: to confirm my address .... Well I don't have the labels or the money and I'm still waiting.

I haven't received anything yet. But I haven't found the time yet to see where the delivery is. :/

I do not have the pleasure of being able to give you any opinions because the labels never reached me. Such long shipping times in view of the start of school are unacceptable. Order placed on August 27.

Three times I claimed my order. It never arrived. When I ask for a refund, they give me a long time, they don't answer me and I don't have my money. Other years, I have ordered for the beginning of school and never had any problem, everything was excellent, but this year ..... total disaster?

Regrettable. I placed an order 15 days before school started and it arrived yesterday. When I told them last week that I no longer needed it and that I wanted to cancel it they said no. On top of all that the labels I receive come with another child's name on them. It seems to me that this company is not very recommendable and not very serious.

The stickers arrived very late, I could not use them, I had to write it with a felt-tip pen.

Confirmed, product never arrived. Customer service response is that it was delivered. Since it is not sent by courier nor told is my word against the carrier. But of course they do not refund
