Stickers are much more practical. They do not wash off and are durable. The thermal labels that have to be stuck with an iron do not stick well, after 2 days they peel off and disappear in the first wash, you find them loose in the washing machine and useless because you can not stick them again. It is advisable to buy only stickers.

The labels from last time are great! However, it's not much use if the labels are supposed to be printed in 48 hours but still haven't arrived a week later.

Cute design. some of my son's stickers have remained attached to his clothes. of my daughter have all fallen.

The labels are nice and there are many customization options, the problem with them is that after the third wash and tumble dry the labels fall off and can no longer be reused (I followed the instructions to the letter). P.S.: I have not received any mail to solve the problem.

Beautiful design and products but bad shipping and delivery

New order for an Isotherm can. Satisfied, although it's a shame that the personalized text is not centered on the design... I've also noticed, over time, that the painting of the design doesn't remain perfect. A halo of color now stands out from the main design.

Clothing labels don't always fit very well, I find.

I placed my order and it arrived 17 days later. I contacted you and at first you gave me some directions. After confirming that the address was correct and that I still did not receive my order, you opted not to reply again. I had had a good experience up to this point.

The quality of the bottles is not worth the price. I had to change a stopper after a few months and the bottle breaks down quickly. For me the quality/price is not there.

Poorly used Automatic iron

Nice and quick, but the iron-on labels don't stick.

I really liked the labels, which were easy to order and personalize, but the only downside was the delivery time, which was a bit long for my taste. Would recommend.

Always top-notch, choice of shapes and colors, practical and long-lasting - nothing to complain about!

I'm very satisfied with the sticky labels, but disappointed with the iron-on labels. A machine and they come off, even though they're on cotton, which has no embossing.

Disappointed by the color

Supposedly 1-2 days shipping time, unfortunately I waited over a week. The stickers look slightly different last time. Had ordered exactly the same ones before. Unfortunately, many have already come off in the washing machine, although I followed the instructions exactly. Still great for the price, as half of the stickers do hold.

Disappointed with the quality of the products...

This is the second time I have ordered from you. Although I am satisfied with the labels for my little boy, I am very disappointed with the labels I ordered for my daughter. The simulator gave much more legible labels. So it's a bit disappointing given the usefulness of the product. I'd understood that the simulator was designed to avoid unpleasant surprises. It's a real shame, isn't it?

It arrived 2-3 weeks after we ordered it and in good condition. We were not completely satisfied because the name we ordered could not be spelled correctly due to the printing type.

The design is lovely and the service is great but the stick on labels do not withstand washing

I bought some self-adhesive clothing labels. Although I scrupulously followed the instructions on how to apply them and how long before washing, these labels, which are claimed to be machine-resistant to 40°, are already starting to peel off after just 1 wash at 30°.

The delivery was fast, therefore 2 stars. However, the ironing labels themselves state that they are only to be ironed on the care and instruction labels and not in the clothing itself, otherwise they will not survive washing! I don't know how big the care and instruction labels are in France? In Germany, your supplied iron-on labels will definitely not fit on them. If you had provided this information BEFORE ordering, that would have been desirable! I have just had another look on your website and there is nothing about this. On the contrary, the photos on your website show the iron-on labels in the middle of the clothing. For me, these iron-on labels are not useful, I could have saved myself the money!

Quality getting worse and worse?

I bought the iron on labels for my daughters school uniform. My daughter really enjoyed designing her labels and the site was really easy to use. Delivery was quick and the way the labels was packaged was lovely, instructions were also really easy to read. Unfortunately the labels have already started to peal off (they have been on for nearly 2 weeks) I doubt they will survive another wash. I'm disappointed because everything about the service was great its just a shame they haven't worked for us.

The labels are very nice, and functional. I also got the customizable bags, but already after the first wash all the designs were ruined. I was a little disappointed.

Shipping took too long.

Nice stickers, but to make the patterns, you have to superimpose certain parts and it doesn't hold well. Regularly, some of them fall off and I don't even put them back on anymore. What's more, when it's light out, you can see all the overlapping and it doesn't look pretty. On the other hand, when it's dark outside, it looks great. I bought a personalized mug. The service from this site is always very fast, as it is every time, with perfect packaging and home delivery in record time. The mug is of good quality but I'm disappointed by the design. The colors "smudge", it's not perfect. It's as if the transfer had been badly done. It's light, but I'm hesitating between 2 and 3 stars for this product.

I received someone else's order, which can happen. So I contacted the platform, which promptly returned my order. I was expecting a commercial gesture to compensate me because the labels were for a christening and I received them late!
