I have ordered labels before and been happy with the quality, however, my most recent order the labels were not as clearly printed, the white font had bleeding/ smudging from the blue background. When I contacted customer service they stated it was not obvious from my photo (perhaps images are compressed when uploaded because I can clearly see it) and it was because the font was different from my previous order. I would expect the same level of print clarity from all font choices. I was not offered a reprint or refund but a discount off further purchases. With the risk of the same thing happening again I will buy from elsewhere in future.

I love it! I've been regularly ordering labels for my Loulou's clothes for almost 2 years now, and even after several washes and tumble-drying, the labels don't come off! ??

Great stickers for clothes. These are the only ones that seem to stay on for me. Fab designs and colour choice. Arrived quickly and I love that the stickers come in booklet form which keep them safe.

Fast, efficient. There are plenty of customization options, which is great for varying the pleasures.

They seem good quality but I haven't tested yet to see how long they stay on. I would just say the envelope needs to be brighter or bigger as my husband thought it was junk mail and nearly threw it away

Second time I'm ordering from Petit-Fernand, even though we used the custom labels only for preschool bits and bob's such as lunch box, lunch bag and water bottle/s we are very happy with them. Long lasting colours on them, never fall down even we wash everything in the dishwasher. Some labels are on for a year and everything is in use 5 days a week and washed every day in the dishwasher. Very good quality and definitely will order more.
