I have not received my order yet. It was placed on August 23rd . I suggest you refund my money or send me an urgent reshipment. I need the labels right away.

Great labels, great printing and perfect output. Very bad service: last order shipped August 25 but to date I have not received anything; shipping is not tracked, I asked for information for refund and no response.

40 orders via my account and then my husband's, the heat-sensitive labels all came off, some even before the first wash !!!! And yet I did everything right. The seller's recommendations to the letter! Disappointed on this point, my son is spreading them everywhere.

On two occasions I trusted this company not for my children's school labels and on the 2 occasions it took a long time and I placed the order long before my children started school, now the same thing has happened to me again my children start on Monday and I have nothing marked, I have asked for a refund.

On the second week of school and the iron in labels are already falling off! Best off getting the stitch in ones.

They do not arrive. They do not give tracking number of the order. I do not recommend the purchase.

Never received the products ordered and despite two emails sent, I still have not received anything, either my order or a refund. Extremely disappointed by this site!

Made order on August 24 , we are at September 10 and I still have not received anything. on Monday my daughter starts elementary school and I do not have the much desired labels. Luckily my son starts kindergarten in January and in the meantime I hope you will send me back everything if not I have thrown away 42 euros. what a disappointment!

I didn't get it...

The product arrived with no heat proof paper even though it stated it would be provided. The stickers never kept their shape and became distorted despite every effort to follow the instructions to the letter. The name immediately faded once ironed on almost unreadable straight from application. The sticker remained tacky despite being allowed 48hrs to settle. The product did not securely stick unless it was IRONED on despite advertisement stating no more ironing.

I placed an order I have not arrived I have sent 5 emails and I have called the phone number without any response they are incompetent and keep the money and do not give the face .

Very expensive, very few labels and on top of that you made a mistake with the name. The whole booklet was fine except for one page, so the mistake was yours. Thank you

It never arrived and since there was no tracking number I didn't know anything. since August 19 everything was planned in time to have the back to school ready and today on September 10, I have nothing. A pity because I had good references, but I do not recommend it.

Delivery 2-10 working days, it's been more than 10 days but NOTHING...not even a message x understand what's going on, but will we get these labels?

After the first wash (at 30°C), the labels are already damaged and peeling off... If you have to change them every week, it's going to be expensive for a year! I'm very disappointed... And I did follow the instructions for gluing them, the temperature, the time... Ect...

I placed the order on 08/20/08 and to this day it still has not arrived. More than 20 days.

My order was sent to my old address for no reason (even though i had already ordered from my new address) you told me there was nothing we could do except wait for the labels to be returned to you and then finally be sent to the right address! but no more news from you or the labels thank you!!!

Order never received and no news from customer service. My daughter is very disappointed that she never received her back to school labels. Then of course no refund. I strongly advise against this site!

Order lost en route but charged to bank account. Arrived 1 week after school started. I'm furious.
