I bought a personalized mug. The service from this site is always very fast, as it is every time, with perfect packaging and home delivery in record time. The mug is of good quality but I'm disappointed by the design. The colors "smudge", it's not perfect. It's as if the transfer had been badly done. It's light, but I'm hesitating between 2 and 3 stars for this product.

I received someone else's order, which can happen. So I contacted the platform, which promptly returned my order. I was expecting a commercial gesture to compensate me because the labels were for a christening and I received them late!

I have not rated all the stars because the delivery times of the product in Europe should be improved. Usually, they are not usually 48h. The quality of the labels has changed compared to some time ago, the paper is thinner and the presentation is simpler.

Very nice labels, but they don't hold very well on clothes.

To be seen in the wash, but the tags don't seem to hold very well. Doesn't attach to all fabrics (sweatshirt backs, for example). On the other hand, the post office was late, so I sent an e-mail and received a reply straight away.

Good. Fast but still a bit expensive.

The labels are nice, but you have to be sticking them after each wash, some do not hold or be washed, simply peel off with the use of the garment. I don't think I will buy them again.

Does not wash well

The adhesive labels were delivered quickly and look very nice. Unfortunately, despite following the instructions carefully, some of them came off after the first wash.

My bottle has already broken

Very happy with the labels, both the design and functionality. They stick great and do not come off with washing or use, to see how it goes over time .... I give it 3 stars because the shipping was very slow and took a long time to arrive.

The bottle doesn't close with the cap. We already had one that was very difficult for a child to close and the latest one is impossible to close!

The quality is good, unfortunately sometimes there can be delays of the product, although it does not depend on the company

Beautiful label. But be careful which fabric you apply the labels to (self-adhesive or iron-on), as they come off in the wash.

Shipping took way too long. Over a week to receive my label order. Not satisfied at all.

Very satisfied with the order. This is my second order with them. It's a pity that the preparation takes a bit long!

The truth is that at first I thought they were going very well but almost all of them are coming off and they are from February....

The product itself is good but the price is a bit high for what is pretty much stickers. Then you have delivery fee.

I'm a fan, and so is my 5-year-old son, of his personalized water bottle. After several falls, it's still in perfect condition, making it super-resistant for kids. The only drawback is the stopper that breaks regularly due to the numerous drops. I'm on my 4th stopper since September. I think it would be less fragile in rigid silicone.

Self-adhesive labels for objects are fine. Iron-on labels for clothes look great, but even if you follow the instructions carefully, after two washes they come unstuck: you lose some in the washing machine, others in the dryer, in short, a real problem that makes them unusable. So expensive for such a mediocre result. It's a shame, I wanted to promote made in France, but the quality isn't there.

The labels are pretty and conform to my order, but I bought the iron-on model and they don't stick well to all types of fabric, even if you stay longer than the time indicated with the iron. So I'm disappointed.

The stickers are of good quality, I took two packs of nursery and I'm happy. The negative part was the shipping time and that the envelope arrived broken and deteriorated.

A little disappointed with the round stickers. They're supposed to stick to the nipples, but they're full of creases and don't stay smooth.

It's the first time that the labels don't stick on the objects 🙁 so very disappointed

They look beautiful but don't stick. They've fallen off all of the clothes I've ironed them onto, and from the items which have just had sticky stickers on.

Stickers are lovely, can't complain. Only small problem was that I ordered stickers for my daughter and for her friend as a gift and all it came in one book together.

Very long delivery time!!!

I've been ordering labels regularly from cmonetiquette.fr for over 3 years now. For the past 1 year, the quality has been deteriorating ++. The labels don't stick as well as they used to. The latest batch of 2x300 labels I recently ordered for my children don't even stick at all. After just 1 wash at 30 degrees with low spin, I found the labels in the bottom of the washing machine drum! Yet I follow the instructions for use as mentioned (wait 24 hours after sticking the label, etc.) I wonder if they haven't changed the glue, as the difference is obvious compared to before. I won't be ordering from this site again. It's a shame.

Delivery time too long

The name tags look really nice but unfortunately came off/removed immediately after the first wash. So I had to stick some on again. That's a shame!

I purchased the thermoadhesive fabric labels. The graphics are very nice and true to the pictures on the website. Unfortunately,after a washing in the washing machine at 40 degrees,some of the labels did not stay fully attached,but I don't know if maybe it was me who had not attached them well with the iron! I will iron again now and see after the washes,whether to improve my rating.

Products not up to expected quality. Labels peel off after 1st wash. Bag print also fades after 1st wash. Very disappointed.

Top-quality labels, but it took over 10 days to receive them with a promise to manufacture them within 48 hours. Disappointed by the service.

Unfortunately, the stickers come off relatively quickly... don't even last a wash. I was so enthusiastic at first, but unfortunately this is no longer the case. The design is really very nice, but it doesn't do me any good if they don't last longer on the label

Late delivery ! I just hope the post office is worried about the health crisis we are experiencing.

I'm sorry that the labels have to be stuck on an existing label and not directly on the garment. I make my grandchildren's clothes myself and I had to buy cotton ribbon and stick the labels on before sewing them onto the clothes. I had bought these labels to save time...the result was 2 X longer than if I had bought sew-on labels. POSITIVE: very nice writing, pattern and color. Very fast delivery and good packaging.

It's a shame, the iron-on labels are so pretty and well packaged, but they don't hold up even when you follow the instructions.
