I placed an order on 30.07.23. I then received a shipping confirmation on 01.08.2023 that the goods had been dispatched. The following note was on my profile: You will receive the order between August 4 and August 9. In my opinion, it takes far too long, but fine. Unfortunately, nothing arrived today (09.08.23) and yesterday was my daughter's first day at school. I firmly assumed that the goods would be delivered today. So now I have to label everything today. If I had known this earlier, I would have opted for another company that delivers faster and that I can rely on. Because when I asked 3 days ago, all I got was general information about shipping. What a pity. Please contact me, as it is possible that the goods have been lost.

I have been relying on Petit-Fernard for years now, I have tried labels for clothes, for shoes, for objects, thermo-adhesive and not, I have tried cotton bags, snack boxes and water bottles! Every time the result is a pleasant surprise! Also I live in Germany, and their punctuality and courtesy is really an added value! In short RECOMMENDED !!! ??
