My opinion is not positive. Ordered a custom water bottle with two caps bought separately and paid a lot both broke after a short time. Water bottle no longer usable. Bought a garment bag paid 13 which is tiny, max 2 panties fit. I will not be shopping again

I ordered stickers with my daughter's name, which was my main concern, and a lunch box with her name on it. The lunch box arrived in a box, but the name tags were missing. I thought that they might come separately, which would be extremely illogical not to send the stickers directly in the same box. The website advertises a German customer service, but unfortunately I could only find a number in France. They didn't really respond to the email I sent. I was told to wait. Now I was allowed to mark all the clothes and lunch box by hand. Thank you for that.

Unfortunately, I cannot say I had a positive experience having paid for the purchase of the school labels that never arrived. I placed the order on August 18 and when I still had not received anything on the 31st I called customer service and they resent the labels to a different address. Untraceable mail by company choice. So the second package also swallowed in the mails. So customers pay and by choice of the company--label shipments do not know how to track--the mails pocket. Fail!!!
