It never arrived and since there was no tracking number I didn't know anything. since August 19 everything was planned in time to have the back to school ready and today on September 10, I have nothing. A pity because I had good references, but I do not recommend it.

I haven't received my labels yet, so I can't rate them.

Delivery 2-10 working days, it's been more than 10 days but NOTHING...not even a message x understand what's going on, but will we get these labels?

After the first wash (at 30°C), the labels are already damaged and peeling off... If you have to change them every week, it's going to be expensive for a year! I'm very disappointed... And I did follow the instructions for gluing them, the temperature, the time... Ect...

I placed the order on 08/20/08 and to this day it still has not arrived. More than 20 days.

My order was sent to my old address for no reason (even though i had already ordered from my new address) you told me there was nothing we could do except wait for the labels to be returned to you and then finally be sent to the right address! but no more news from you or the labels thank you!!!

Order never received and no news from customer service. My daughter is very disappointed that she never received her back to school labels. Then of course no refund. I strongly advise against this site!

Order lost en route but charged to bank account. Arrived 1 week after school started. I'm furious.

Labels don't stick and wash off in the first wash

Almost a month and I still have not received the product, you ask them and they basically tell you not to bother, they have the mail saturated. In short, school started a week ago and we are still waiting. I do not recommend it!

I PLACED TWO ORDERS ON AUGUST 18, 2021 AND AS OF TODAY, SEPTEMBER 10, 2021, I STILL HAVE NOT RECEIVED THEM, AFTER WRITING MANY EMAILS.

My opinion is not positive. Ordered a custom water bottle with two caps bought separately and paid a lot both broke after a short time. Water bottle no longer usable. Bought a garment bag paid 13 which is tiny, max 2 panties fit. I will not be shopping again

Yesterday was the deadline to receive my product and to this day the package has not arrived. I try to contact the company by different ways and there is no answer. I am very disappointed because the day before I contacted them by mail and they answered me, but after the deadline there is no way to contact them. I have done it by phone and by mail.

Communicate better and from the beginning that the goods are produced in France!!! We ordered on 25.8 and haven't received anything yet!!! Now had to order somewhere else so that I had the school supplies ready in time. Absolutely disgraceful!

The stickers were stapled to the heel, so I have not been able to use 4 stickers from each sheet, because they are perforated. I could not be more dissatisfied!

I'm very disappointed because I still haven't received my order, 14 days after I placed it. However, customer service seems to have been reactive and I still hope to receive my order within an acceptable timeframe, even though my son has already been in kindergarten for 1 week!
