The labels arrived quickly, which is a positive point. However, I found them extremely difficult to peel off and sometimes they break or don't peel off on the pre-cuts, when you have 80 school supplies to label and for the price I find this a shame, hence the note. I've ordered self-adhesive clothing labels several times before, and I'm always very satisfied. I'm not sure I'll be ordering school labels again.

I have very mixed feelings about the service. Good points: Super-fast delivery Many customization options Very fair price Labels that stick well The bad points : The labels arrived stapled in a notebook. The stapler was badly placed and I lost 1 label on all the sheets. I reported this to customer service, who didn't believe me and asked for photos. Of course, I threw away the damaged labels, so I couldn't take photos and therefore couldn't claim compensation.... I'm not sure I'd trust a company that doesn't trust me again....

Once you've followed the instructions to the letter, the stickers can be removed in the washing machine, and some of them even after the 1st wash, using a completely standard program. I thought I'd saved time, but I'm rather disappointed. I stuck on 50 stickers and found at least 5 in the machine after one or two washes.

I probably read it wrong, but in the kits I bought, there are labels to stick on with an iron, which I hate, and the self-adhesive clothing labels don't come off very well :/ I don't like the special object kits either, which lack small labels for the many pencils (I bought 4 kits).

I've been ordering labels for children for 6 years. The quality and service have always been good. However, I've noticed that on my last 2 orders, there were some small quality problems in the manufacturing process (booklet staple positioned on the labels, impossible to peel them off without tearing them off, unclear cut so impossible to peel them off without tearing them off either). However, customer service is reactive. They respond very quickly. I hope that the next time I place an order, the impeccable quality of the workmanship will return.
