Very happy with the labels to stick on objects (like baby bottles). Disappointed, however, with the labels to iron on the fabric, which wash off in the first wash...a shame, they were beautiful but above all practical.

I was a little disappointed with the delivery. We have ordered from Petit Fernand in England before and it was better quality. But it is possible that this would be the same problem now. It also took a very long time for the stickers to arrive.

I would just like the self-adhesive labels because the iron-on ones don't stick. I have informed customer service but there has been no effective response. Otherwise, the decorations are really nice. After that, you have to take the time to make them.

Shoe adhesives are not as stable.

Unfortunately, despite scrupulous adherence to the instructions, many heat-sensitive labels have already peeled off after just two washes in the washing machine at 30° and drying on a clothesline. So I'm very disappointed. But I'll give you two stars for the speed of delivery.

Feels bad giving two as they are nice looking stickers but they don't stick! They haven't even lasted a week.

DO NOT WASH WELL ENOUGH

It has not arrived yet and I bought it two weeks ago, deadlines are not announced when the purchase is made and no one expects a shipment to take so long.

Relatively long delivery time, stickers are good.

The quality of the labels is good. But they take more than 10 days to arrive, exactly 20 days. I don't think it's worth waiting that long for a few labels.

The labels are nice and received quickly, but the iron-on ones are totally useless, they don't stick at all, fall off at the first wash or just after wearing the garment during the day.

My order was cancelled even though payment had been made, customer service told me that payment had not been made, but I had been debited and my order arrived 3 days later.

Labels can be removed after 5 washes.

The stickers are very nice and also include some animal and monster stickers. However, some of them fell off after a short period of use. Not all of them survive the dishwasher.

Delivery too slow

I love the personalized Bento! With the ice bar to keep it cool, it's great! The gourd, ok but complicated to open for a child I think. In fact, my daughter went back to school with a silly gourd because she can't open it on her own! I'm not convinced about the iron-on labels. I'm waiting to see after washing, but I'm not sure it'll hold up! A bit disappointed.

These iron-on labels for clothes don't hold up so well, we've had other stickers that were better. After washing once, it comes off the clothes. Very nice design but still impractical and too long in my opinion. Too bad, I'm disappointed :/

Very good customization and beautiful icons proposed, very bad handling of shipping, about which nothing is done until you get an envelope in your mailbox at least a week after ordering. It would be good to have tracking of the package.

Longer lead times recently

We followed the instructions carefully, but most of the labels peel off, even without washing. Very dissatisfied with the product.

The stickers are fine but they just take so long to arrive.

The booklet is badly aggravated as a result and 2 labels per board have holes.

We have had a metal water bottle for our four-year-old daughter for a little over a year now, and this is already the third time we have had to buy replacement caps because the plastic is constantly breaking, particularly the hinge on which the top rotates. Now, it is true that this water bottle is certainly not treated with kid gloves at school, but it is still a product designed to be used by children, so one would think that in the design they should have kept that in mind and devised a less fragile mechanism. Too bad, because the water bottle itself is well made and even the prints have not discolored or come off, despite frequent washing. EDIT: kudos instead to customer service who promptly contacted us back asking for photos of the broken caps for their quality control service, and offering to send us a free replacement cap, which moreover arrived very quickly

They're beautiful, but the ones with the ironing fairies don't hold up in the dryer.

Perfect for self-adhesive labels. I tried holding the iron for 12 seconds as indicated but it didn't hold at all. I also tried holding the iron a little longer, but it peeled off completely after being put in the washing machine.

The bottle is great. Keeps warm enough and is leak-proof. Unfortunately, there were still white paint residues from production stuck to the neck of the bottle. I had to painstakingly scrape these off with a knife, which unfortunately resulted in one or two scratches. What a shame for a new bottle costing 28 euros :-(.

Nice labels, a little slow shipping

The product was not cheap and does not stick completely by passing the iron pr 12 seconds, in fact it shrinks and is completely unusable. NEVER AGAIN

You could handle the return better even if it was my mistake

Delivery time over 2 weeks, print image is not clear enough for me and unfortunately it does not hold up as promised

Disappointed because the clothing labels have not all held up to washing and drying Those of the shoes yes I do not know if I will reorder on this site.

I ordered labels for my little girl last year and were fab, but the second time they arrived and had not been cut so I had to try cut around the labels with a craft knife to her then to be usable, never heard back from customer service but gave the benefit of doubt because the labels really are good quality and last well , then I ordered some labels over 2 weeks ago for my little boy to start school and we're still waiting on them, this will sadly be my last purchase ??

I wasn't disappointed with my self-adhesive clothing labels 2 years ago, but these ones are a disaster! They don't stand up to washing (30 degrees), and come off after the first wash... maybe it's a batch problem!

Mixed feedback - Plus points: pretty. Writing and drawings hold up well. Good container, lightweight. Points - : product intended mainly for children, but it's impossible for them to open it on their own, so it's not very practical for school or day-care ...

The design is great, colors and writing but does not fit on the products.

The labels they make are practical, very pretty and stick well to pencils. The Achilles heel of the company in my opinion lies in the high shipping costs. A page of labels that costs 3 I can't pay 2 for shipping!!! And then the giftware. I wanted to buy the little water bottles to carry in the bag to the garden for my kids but didn't. I understand they are personalized, I understand they have the little design but I can't spend (with shipping) 50 for 2 flasks the size of 2 glasses of water. You are not competitive!!!

I'm a bit disappointed because the personalization is just a sticker foil stuck on the lid. So the thing is not dishwasher-safe and unsuitable. I can't say anything negative about the box itself.
