After three weeks they still have not arrived.

Good morning, I placed the order in good time before the start of the school year, on 18/08, they have not arrived, you do not provide any tracking number of the shipment, I have contacted you several times and after a week you answer me to verify if the address I gave you is correct, obviously it is, after this response from which I do not get any solution I am still waiting for the money back since I had to buy the labels from another supplier. I do not recommend it.

So either I'm really bad but the labels don't stick well even with the iron and recommendations you put in the package Almost all the labels have come off the clothes(

I did not receive my order

At the moment it is a month and a half from the date of purchase and I have not received it yet.

After a month, my order has not arrived and obviously, it is paid for. I keep contacting you and you do not give me any kind of solution.

Super unhappy,with the two orders I have placed I have had problems,in fact the second one which was placed on August 17 has not arrived yet.Now I am looking at comments from other users and the experience is the same so I would not recommend your services.

Good morning! It is the second year that I buy your labels with enough time to be able to mark my children's books. The day 17/8 I made the purchase and I HAVE NOT RECEIVED IT YET.

I have not received my order (even though I placed it in advance), and today my little one starts school with unmarked clothes and school supplies.

I ordered stickers with my daughter's name, which was my main concern, and a lunch box with her name on it. The lunch box arrived in a box, but the name tags were missing. I thought that they might come separately, which would be extremely illogical not to send the stickers directly in the same box. The website advertises a German customer service, but unfortunately I could only find a number in France. They didn't really respond to the email I sent. I was told to wait. Now I was allowed to mark all the clothes and lunch box by hand. Thank you for that.

Unfortunately, I cannot say I had a positive experience having paid for the purchase of the school labels that never arrived. I placed the order on August 18 and when I still had not received anything on the 31st I called customer service and they resent the labels to a different address. Untraceable mail by company choice. So the second package also swallowed in the mails. So customers pay and by choice of the company--label shipments do not know how to track--the mails pocket. Fail!!!

After more than 10 days, I have not received anything, I send them emails and they do not answer, the message is automatic and there is no solution. I call by phone and it is to leave a message on the answering machine. I can't contact anyone for a solution.

The iron on labels were absolutely useless. Came off days into use. Really disappointed. Especially as my little one was so excited to have unique design labels in her school clothing.

The isothermal flask was missing from the order. Customer service could not be reached.

Hello, I love the labels, they're really nice but I can't remove them from a notebook if I force it, it gets damaged or ripped off.

I still haven't received my package ordered on August 23.

I've been waiting more than 10 days for the order and it doesn't arrive

It's been 16 days since I ordered my daughter's labels for her school supplies, and I still haven't received anything! I don't think this is serious at all! Especially when we're told they'll be made in 4 days! I had to buy some labels and write them down myself! I am disappointed and will order more!

I have not received the order yet, I sent them an email requesting information about the shipment and they have not replied. Now I am receiving the valuation. The order was for more than 30 euros. I request an answer as soon as possible. Thank you.

I can't really give my opinion because I've been waiting for my order since August 12.... They told me they were sending me another one because the first one didn't arrive, but the second one less so.... I'm sorry but I don't recommend it at all, a total and absolute waste of time.

The order did not arrive, I called to claim supposedly they sent me another one and it never arrived. I will never order here again.

The labels are not what is promised. They come off even at 30 degrees.
