Hello, your iron-on labels for clothes don't hold at all after one wash, everything has come off and yet I didn't follow your instructions which are in the leaflet, so I'm a bit disappointed with my purchase.

The products are always beautiful and of excellent quality, we have been using them for 5 years now and we always have a great time,my daughter customizes the labels as she likes and uses them for everything from school to the gym. Very practical and beautiful, although the last two orders have arrived one with the labels badly centered, and the last a few days ago with more than half with the name somewhat blurred, it is not cheap so I think there should be a process of quality control higher than there is currently.
