Despite a printing delay, my expenses were reimbursed and I was delighted to receive my labels in a more than acceptable time. My son is back from a discovery class and after a washing machine, the labels are intact.

Second order and I'm still very satisfied. Fast delivery and very easy to use. The 1st ones have stood the test of time despite numerous washes, apart from one or two that have come off after more than 1 year, the others are still on the clothes.
Simple navigation, sufficient choice, a little delay in production but delivery was made 8 days after the order.
I ordered iron-on labels for textiles and objects. The labels have nice patterns and are effective, i.e. they stick well without coming unstuck...so they're a good, effective product. I've already ordered them and I'll be buying them again.
Very good service When I had a defective batch that was coming off, it was replaced without any problem. I am very satisfied with the quality of the labels, I order them every year for school supplies.

I had a problem receiving a Colissimo parcel, an email informed me that the parcel had been delivered but nothing was in my letterbox. I contacted the c mon étiquette website where a very understanding lady sent me back a lunch box the very next day. Great customer service! Lunch box not yet used but very pretty.
