I am sorry to give 1 star because with the first order I had been super satisfied. I reordered the labels again this year and unfortunately as of 18.08 I still haven't received anything, not even an email to track the package or to explain the delay. I hope it's just a delivery mishap and to receive them soon, but since the order confirmation it's been 15 working days now. I expected at least a notice since in the confirmation I should have received them within 10 days at most.

Iron-on labels can be washed 1 or 2 times, but are made of very fragile synthetics/plastics. On the other hand, bienmarquer brand iron-on labels are made of fabric and hold up like concrete even after several years.

I'm particularly disappointed. I've been ordering labels from you ever since my children went to nursery school - over 3 years now - and I've had no problems whatsoever, the quality was spot on and the labels lasted a very long time. But when I placed my last order, I noticed a very big difference with the ones I bought for the previous school year. After one wash, all the labels ended up at the bottom of the washing machine or on the other clothes. I don't know if you've changed the materials or suppliers? It's obviously impossible to put labels back on clothes every day - the budget would be considerable.

I am disappointed. The cost remains high and the quality is not up to scratch! I have placed several orders with them (the first must date from 2015) and the quality is no longer up to scratch. The self-adhesive labels are badly cut and tear when you try to peel them off.
