I haven't received them yet!

I placed an order for labels last week. The payment appears to be regular but I did not get any order confirmation. Contacted by phone and email I received no response

I ordered some labels on August 10th and they still haven't arrived. I wanted them for school uniforms and it has already started today and I am quite upset.

I am sorry to give 1 star because with the first order I had been super satisfied. I reordered the labels again this year and unfortunately as of 18.08 I still haven't received anything, not even an email to track the package or to explain the delay. I hope it's just a delivery mishap and to receive them soon, but since the order confirmation it's been 15 working days now. I expected at least a notice since in the confirmation I should have received them within 10 days at most.

Iron-on labels can be washed 1 or 2 times, but are made of very fragile synthetics/plastics. On the other hand, bienmarquer brand iron-on labels are made of fabric and hold up like concrete even after several years.

The label package ordered and paid for was not delivered. Unfortunately, there is no way to track the shipment

August 22 order. To date I have not received anything. I am requesting a refund!

I'm particularly disappointed. I've been ordering labels from you ever since my children went to nursery school - over 3 years now - and I've had no problems whatsoever, the quality was spot on and the labels lasted a very long time. But when I placed my last order, I noticed a very big difference with the ones I bought for the previous school year. After one wash, all the labels ended up at the bottom of the washing machine or on the other clothes. I don't know if you've changed the materials or suppliers? It's obviously impossible to put labels back on clothes every day - the budget would be considerable.

My order never arrived and I am currently trying to retrieve it.

I was charged and they never arrived and I have claimed them and I am still waiting for them.

Fast shipping and pretty labels, but the first wash at 60 made the garment labels peel off. I did follow the gluing instructions.

I never received my order. The reshipment did not arrive either. Hence such an assessment. I won't be ordering anything from here again.

Usually I'm very satisfied, but I haven't received my order yet. I did give my new address, but I don't understand it. That's a shame.

Very dissatisfied with this product I do not recommend and I would not recommend any more ... hardly the first use made 3t the first and the labels have ALL peeled off while washing at 30 and no dryer ... I am really very disappointed especially at the price of the product ...

I am disappointed. The cost remains high and the quality is not up to scratch! I have placed several orders with them (the first must date from 2015) and the quality is no longer up to scratch. The self-adhesive labels are badly cut and tear when you try to peel them off.

Very poor quality labels, impossible to remove from their backing and peel off after 2 washes....very disappointed and yet a loyal customer for years.... too bad I'd go elsewhere

I'm writing you a star because the labels have come off all over the garment so I'm obliged to buy other labels for my 3 year old son who doesn't recognize his things. Frankly, I'm sorry I bought them because I stuck them on the brand labels of the clothes like you said, but no, when I went to the store, everything came off. In short! Never again in my life to recommend your rotten labels. Thank you and bye bye bye forever.

I've been ordering for years, first time my order didn't arrive. I contacted customer service by email to find out what was going on no return, via the Instagram page either I'm disappointed!

The package has never arrived at my address but it is 100% charged,

I ordered my stickers and they have not arrived.

I find that it doesn't stick well to objects and it comes off very easily. I'm really disappointed and I took 30 euros worth, which is a real waste for me.

Really disappointed with our lunchbox Bento purchase! After the first wash, the sticker peeled off and the ice bar didn't stay in place when the box was empty! It's a real shame, even though the idea was nice and the quality seemed good at first glance, it's just not there!
