The labels are perfect and I have been buying them for several years. In my last order I purchased the custom pouch which after the first wash completely lost all the color of the design. I basically spent 4.9+6.00 shipping for a faded pouch that we will not use. A disappointment....

The labels have nice graphics and are made well, using them over time however I have noticed that both the thermo and adhesive label labels come off! Not washing the garments at more than 40 degrees! Cmq overall good

Well, in my case they have come off on my clothes, they do not stick. As the procedure says

Clothing labels come off, not very satisfied

The caps and the gourd are great, and so are the lunch-boxes. I am disappointed, however, because on one of the lids of one of the two lunch-boxes, the plastic with the decoration and the name is peeling off, even though we haven't had it for 1 month...

The self-adhesive clothing labels have changed format and are now smaller. I was disappointed, because with long first names and the reduced format, I find the writing tiny. If anything, it would be more useful and legible to write directly on the labels with a textile pen, rather than buying the self-adhesive clothing labels. The labels are smaller, but the price is the same. Before, there was also a protective film to be applied to the "shoe" labels to prevent them from fading, but this protection has disappeared. For me, we're doing less, but still at the same price. Otherwise, I'm satisfied with the "object" labels. I sent a message to the site after my order, but never got a reply.

Plenty of choice to personalize your labels, but some labels don't hold up well, even on cotton and when you've followed the instructions, which is a shame...

The last batch of clothing stickers have fallen off after a few washes. We understand that it could have been the batch and that is why we have repeated and hope it will not happen again. Slds,

Delivery time is very slow

I've stuck on a few labels but they're coming off, although I've followed all the instructions for use. If you have any tips, please contact me.

Shipping takes a long time to arrive

The stickers are fine. But they took a long time to arrive.

Very nice and customizable labels, but some came off with washing. Maybe it depends on the material the garment label is made of.

Shipping notice arrived on 18.01 today we are at 1.02 and still nothing arrived

Labels are aesthetically very beautiful, unfortunately, in recent years the materials from which they are made have changed; they are thicker and I find them much less functional than in the past. Unfortunately, after a short time they become detached from the school objects to which they are attached and no longer fully perform their task.

I unfortunately have to give 2 stars because I placed the order on Dec 11 and received it on Jan 29!!! I wrote 3 times to customer service before I was able to get a satisfactory answer and finally the tracking number. Too bad because the product is very nice, but for these reasons I will not place any order again.

I thought I had ordered self-adhesive clothing labels, but I received iron-on labels.

Fast delivery and lovely patterns and colors. Too bad the iron-on labels don't stick to the clothes.

Compared to four years ago, much more expensive, less stickers and it took a month!

I love the labels but the shipping is very slow. this last order something strange happened to me, i placed the order and just that afternoon i received a discount email that i could not use clearly ........ i found it quite strange the truth.

Too bad you can't just have stickers. I hate ironing.

The self-adhesive labels I received are extremely difficult to remove (especially if you don't want to damage them). However, this isn't my first order for this type of label and I've never had this problem before. Nor was I able to empty the basket, which still contained the last order placed (I tried to delete it several times. I did get the "your basket is empty" message, but it kept coming back). It took a long time to receive the order, but fortunately I wasn't in a hurry.

I received a nice lunch box with Giulia written on it. Nice, but after the first wash is the first use the clasp broke right away!!!

Labels peel off

Not suitable for clothes, so useless for me

I never received my order and I'm waiting for the second one which should arrive soon, I hope.

Design: 5 stars Size: 5 stars Adhesive strength: works well... BUT: after the first wash, 5 out of 10 clothing labels (which were attached as indicated) are off again. This is not only a shame, but almost outrageous considering the price. Too bad...maybe we were just unlucky. The remaining 100+ labels will show.

Practical, but iron-on labels don't last through the wash cycle.

The order took longer than the maximum date indicated and Petit-Fernand has no control over the shipment once it is sent to the Post Office.

A few of the stickers that stick directly to the labels on the clothes will come off in the washing machine and dryer. The same with the ones that stick on using the heat of the iron. We have used about 40 of them and a couple of each type have come off.

The labels are valid. I only gave 3 stars because the day after ordering I got a promotional email of ?20%

Thermo-adhesive labels come off after 1st wash. Very disappointed with the number of labels purchased. Sincerely

We really liked the design, both the stickers for the clothes and the container for the food! ... But there are some stickers that didn't stick very well! And regarding the food container, after three days of using it, one of the tabs to open it broke!

It's a real shame that the labels come off after the first wash.

I ordered 3 caps. I've unpacked 2 out of 3 and it's the same: the cap is difficult to close. I think that's a bit of a shame because this cap is supposed to be closed by a child.
