I'm satisfied with the quality, the speed with which the order is taken care of, as well as the 3-day delivery to the letterbox and the usefulness of the labels. I've been using heat-seal labels for 4 years now, and I'm just about to test the stick-on clothing labels for a school trip. I really recommend it and the name doesn't fade over time ????

Excellent product, great customer service

A friend suggested petit fernand to me because of price and convenience, i had to apply the number to all my uncle's clothes for the housing community where he moved to and being able to apply them with the iron was super easy and fast. plus there are also stickers which for items are very useful. they arrive in a few days

Easy, fast and very pretty labels! I recommend it!

This isn't the first time I've ordered from them, but it's the second time it's taken more than 3 weeks to arrive. I'm up to 12 working days for a postal shipment. So I can't yet tell you if the work is well done, but I think it's too much, even if the post office isn't the fastest, they'll have to find another solution. 3 to 4 days seems reasonable to me, but no more.

The labels are great. Besides being exactly how you see on the website when you order them, they are extremely resistant. The first ones for clothes I ordered and used 3 years ago still look perfect. Very easy to apply, too.
