After receiving an order that was not intended for me. I had to deal with customer service and frankly it was great. Fast, polite and efficient. What's more, the labels are of excellent quality. This is the second time I've ordered from this site, and it's always top-notch, thank you very much?

Very good experience. There was a problem with an order with a custom toiletry bag, but they immediately sent me a new one and it was perfect.

This was my third order and my last! The first time I thought I must have made a mistake to get the iron-on labels to peel off, so I gave you the benefit of the doubt. The second time I thought it was my iron that wasn't heating enough or too much. And then I invested in a mini press, so I could control the temperature down to the degree, for my third order. Having followed all the instructions, nothing happened, the labels all came off and some didn't even wait for the first wash. I'm very, very disappointed with the quality.

I love the labels! they are of good quality and look spectacular on my children's clothes and items.

Great product, the stickers for clothes, shoes and objects are really good. I have been washing the school uniform twice a week and all the stickers are still on and visible. The design is pretty and fun. Product was dispatched quickly and arrived I just few days. I ordered some for my nephew too as he's starting school in September. I can't recommend this product enough.

Very long waiting time, never happened to us before. Ordered the goods on 29.04.3023, transferred the money on 05.05.2023, the goods were sent on 10.05.2023 (3-10 working days) and I still haven't received the goods today (31.05.2023). This doesn't make me all that happy.

The lunch box is very practical with all its compartments and a plus for the integrated freezer tray. I really like the personalization and the quality - my granddaughter is a fan of her personalized labels.

After reporting that the labels were peeling off badly due to imperfect pre-cutting, I was contacted and told to return an order to resolve the problem. If all customer services were like that in France, we'd have no more problems! Thank you very much.

As usual I am delighted with my labels, for the start of the school year my grandson will be starting in cp so I opted for the pac primary, he was able to choose his own colors, patterns etc.. Delighted

Adhesive labels have turned out beautifully as always. Great colors. They even stick to the bread box, which is made of metal, and they can withstand the dishwasher. The mugs, which can be personalized, are also the perfect gift for a birthday.

The stickers are very nice, with a nice finish. They haven't been on long enough yet to know if they will last long but so far I have loved them.
