Unusable labels! The iron-on labels can't be removed from their backing and are therefore unusable (manufacturing defect?) This represents a quarter of the kit that has to be thrown away. I'm very disappointed.

I have not yet received the order

I cannot have a real opinion of the product since I have not received it yet and no one has given me a solution since August 14 when it was shipped.

Order not received! No refund due to promo code problem!

Had these last year they were great. So bought for this year. Near impossible to get sticker off and when I finally get it off the rip half of the clear packet with it… disappointed!

Labels never received. To be avoided like the bubonic plague

I haven't received my order, it's been 15 days, I've sent an email to get information and see what they are proposing, still no news.

Bought 3 years running. First 2 years the product was great. This year, the labels have washed off first wash. Really dissatisfied

The truth is that it was terrible! I didn't receive any package, I have sent another order with another address and still nothing. This is my opinion... I hope to receive something but I hope they will be professional and return my money.... The positive thing is that they answer your emails. But generally very bad experience.

I placed the order on August 14 and to date I have not received it nor have they given me an answer as to when I will receive it. I am quite unhappy as this is the second time this has happened to me, I think there will be no next time as I will look for another site.

Since August 7th I have not received my order, so I am very unhappy, I will not recommend this site.

Hello, the iron-on labels don't stand up to the first wash (40 degrees) but you say they do, so I'm very disappointed. For the time being, the others will hold up over time.

I placed the order on August 13. I spent 43 euros and today, September 6, I still have not received it. Informality!

Third year that I order and big disappointment this year the package of labels was badly stapled results on 160 labels all those on the left were pierced ...

Excellent label service, which I have been using for years. Totally disappointed in the fabric bag. I washed it by hand with very little mild detergent and it became cardboard, ruined and ugly even to look at. I then saw on the label that they are not washable!!!! They are advertised as a snack or laundry bag, but who puts snacks and clothes in a bag without washing it? Cotton must be washable,I don't know what they are made of, I will never buy them again

I made the mistake of ordering a personalized bottle and lunch box and they cannot be exchanged. I have to say that the products are nice but impractical for a child and even for an adult because everything weighs too much and is quite bulky. The lunch box serves to put the whole week's lunch and the empty bottle weighs a lot, full I can't even tell you. Not at all happy with the purchase and in any case I do not recommend it 60 thrown in the trash I also bought some thermo adhesive labels for clothes but I have not tried them yet.

Lousy service, without receiving my order 1 day after delivering the school supplies. After 2 complaints, they did not even send me an urgent shipment. Regrettable.

Labels peel off even before washing, no matter what the garment. Lame!

I received fewer labels than I ordered

Order not received, I tried to contact you several times but without news I had to place an order on another site I finally got a response from your teams (after making a claim on Paypal). It's a shame I was so satisfied the first time I ordered.

I can't give my opinion about the stilettos... because I haven't received them yet... the first order has been lost and I'm waiting for the second one to arrive... and meanwhile my little girl is in the nursery without labels on her clothes or anything...

Unfortunately, iron-on labels don't stick, even if you follow the rules for applying them.

I never got my order because they don't ship with tracking to keep costs down I guess.

Really disappointed it does not hold 1st machine half are left in the drum, 2nd machine idem ... I thought it would be a time saver finally it's the opposite. aesthetics is the only positive thing. i would not recommend.

Very disappointed! After only one wash, the labels are all peeling off, especially as it's only a wash at 40!

1st wash and the self-adhesive clothing labels are almost all gone! I did follow the instructions! Very disappointed!

The bags cannot be machine washed, even with gentle washing, because otherwise they shrink, ruining the whole print. For their price it is unthinkable.

It's been a month since I ordered them and I still haven't received them?

Unfortunately, it didn't transfer my phone number completely. That's why I'm not so happy. For the price, that shouldn't happen

I didnt recieve my items

As of today, I have not received my order nor the supposed replacement, which has not arrived nor do I have any record that it has been sent.

I have not received anything and no one answers me either by phone or by mail, it generates an automatic response that is always the same.
