I am disappointed. The cost remains high and the quality is not up to scratch! I have placed several orders with them (the first must date from 2015) and the quality is no longer up to scratch. The self-adhesive labels are badly cut and tear when you try to peel them off.

Unusable labels! The iron-on labels can't be removed from their backing and are therefore unusable (manufacturing defect?) This represents a quarter of the kit that has to be thrown away. I'm very disappointed.

Excellent label service, which I have been using for years. Totally disappointed in the fabric bag. I washed it by hand with very little mild detergent and it became cardboard, ruined and ugly even to look at. I then saw on the label that they are not washable!!!! They are advertised as a snack or laundry bag, but who puts snacks and clothes in a bag without washing it? Cotton must be washable,I don't know what they are made of, I will never buy them again

I made the mistake of ordering a personalized bottle and lunch box and they cannot be exchanged. I have to say that the products are nice but impractical for a child and even for an adult because everything weighs too much and is quite bulky. The lunch box serves to put the whole week's lunch and the empty bottle weighs a lot, full I can't even tell you. Not at all happy with the purchase and in any case I do not recommend it 60 thrown in the trash I also bought some thermo adhesive labels for clothes but I have not tried them yet.
