Hello, Disappointed with my 2nd order, the labels don't stick very well to the objects.

Bad product. Labels come off after the first wash.

Very pretty labels. It's a pity that they come off after the 1st wash at 30C when it's written that they can withstand washes up to 60. Thermo-glued at 200 as indicated, but with a rest period of more than 24 hours before the first wash.

The labels have started to peel off a few times.... the design is very nice but a bit expensive in relation to quality-price ratio.

Unfortunately, the cap on the purchased water bottle does not close...counting that it is to be used by a three-year-old, I think the product should be checked better before sending it to the customer...especially given the price and the relative expectations of such a medium-high product.

I received paper labels when I was looking for stick-on fabric labels. Perhaps I made a mistake with the product name?

Material purchased for Christmas gift and pre-Christmas decorations arrived by Epiphany. Certainly the evaluation is not positive.

Great labels! Nice personalized gourd, but too fragile for a child. Despite a case, the varnish is already cracking and 2 stoppers have broken in 6 months...

I have not received my order after almost 1 month and no update from petit fernand. I was really looking forward to my order, but under these circumstances I will not order or recommend again.

Very pretty but doesn't hold up to clothes. Frankly, I'm disappointed.

The labels were badly cut, some plastic was sticking out, it was difficult to remove them, usually there are no problems but this time I was disappointed.

Functional site, nice selection of products. product well packaged and delivered on time.

The labels are pretty because I've ordered them before, but this time I'm really disappointed. My son's birthday came and went a week ago and I still haven't received the new labels. I ordered them on December 17! Obviously I won't be needing them anymore. What a shame!

Many labels don't stick to different fabrics

The self-adhesive labels are perfect, they don't wash off and are very pretty, but the iron-on ones come off after only 2 washes ... I was really impressed, because they're really pretty!

Can't say much about it, haven't washed the clothes with the stickers on them yet and therefore don't know how they hold. Rating is unfortunately a prerequisite. So I can only rate the ease of use.

I normally love this company but sadly my last order didn't arrive and bar one reply I've had nothing sorted or a refund! I understand current climate isn't great but I expected a tad better customer service.

THE PRODUCT, ADHESIVE CLOTHING LABELS, ARRIVED ON THE RIGHT TERMS. THE PRODUCT, ON THE OTHER HAND, IS NOT FUNCTIONAL: AT THE FIRST WASHING OF THE CLOTHES, THE LABELS COME OFF.

Nice product but long delivery

It's practical for children's things, especially in kindergarten. Honestly, it's great, but the only downside is that some of them fall off in the machine wash.

I am quite disappointed with my order this year. The iron-on labels don't stick, whereas the ones I ordered last year are still there a year later... I ordered an isothermal water bottle for my daughter's entry into kindergarten: it fell once, the cap broke and after three months of use the paint around the neck of the bottle is peeling.

Order received well and quickly. Extra stopper top and cover very good. Only downside: the bottle is pretty, but the image on it is very pale. I was expecting something bigger and flashier. It was the first time I'd ordered from this site, and the images are too beautiful. But the rendering is a bit disappointing. I used to order from another site and the transfers were more visible. My son preferred another site than the first two and the rendering is more conspicuous. It's a shame, but frankly, the images are really good.

Nice gourd but scratched on delivery

The quality of the kit is good, but there is a large ink stain at the top of the kit. Disappointed because it doesn't come out even when washed.

This is the first time I've ordered anything other than labels. My order was sent in several shipments, so far no worries, but I found out when I opened the package that was supposed to contain my order. So a little lack of information on shipping and tracking (I had to ask for my parcel number 2 times to get it... ) .

The quality looks good (after all, I don't have the benefit of hindsight, so I don't know how it will evolve over time) but I don't like the opening system for the bottles and cans, I think it's not easy for a young child and it's not hygienic to have to open with your fingers... I didn't see it before ordering. I don't know if it's me who didn't find it, but I think it's not described on the site. Delivery is very fast. And the designs and personalization appeal to children.

Quality is lower than expected.

Stickers are difficult to remove from the backing paper and the surrounding film sometimes tears off.

The stickers are very thick, I ordered these before in September and they last ages but I needed some more clothes labels. Unfortunately the edging of the stickers didn't detach as easily as the last ones. They pulled at the edges where they hadn't been fully cut into I'm presuming. I'm hoping this doesn't mean they come off easier.

I don't really like it, it came off in the wash, even though I followed the instructions very well.

Unfortunately, the iron-on labels don't hold at all. No matter how long you iron them!

I ordered a creche pack and labels for another child and everything was put together. As a result, I had to undo the booklet, which was very ugly to give as a gift... I'm quite disappointed.

The labels come off easily. I ironed them as the instructions said, but they pop right off. 🙁 A pity because they are beautiful. I will not put any more of your labels, I will buy from another company. Very disappointed, after more than 1 month waiting, the result was not good.

I tried in vain to place an order on your site during the last week of November in order to benefit from the code for the 2nd lunchbox at 50% off. It didn't work and I reported it to customer service. So I paid the full price, and was disgusted when I saw that the following week you were offering these boxes at 16.50 instead of 22. Customer service should have informed me, that would have been nicer. As a result, I would no longer recommend this site.
