Pleasant, intuitive site, appreciable shipping speed. However, the labels are starting to peel off, even though they've been on for 15 days... we're disappointed with the quality.

The heat adhesive labels on the clothing peel off very easily. Even following the instructions for use and even trying to iron more, they have not even lasted 2 weeks.

The product is great. But it was really annoying that an offer with a discount was sent shortly after my order.

I'm disappointed, I thought I'd receive labels to stick directly onto the fabric as before, but instead I received some sort of paper labels that don't stick directly onto the fabric but onto the product label. This is for my mother-in-law in Ephad, for the staff it's more practical on the fabric and my mother-in-law can't stand product labels that prick her and so I cut them off.

I'm delighted with the pack: quality/price but it's a shame that the iron-on labels don't stick to all types of material.

The labels and cotton bag are very nice.... Too bad they were a Christmas present and arrived late.... Moreover, in two different shipments. The sack arrived late in January. I understand the problems due to the pandemic and Christmas load, but I would have expected at the very least an apology for the delay and separate shipment. Instead, I had to write to customer to inquire about my order. This seems unprofessional at the very least.

The design of the personalized can is very nice, the delivery fast; only disappointment, the can arrived slightly dented. A shame.

This isn't my first order, and I've always been delighted with the products I've received. However, I'm disappointed with this one, especially the personalized bags: they're not the same size, one is smaller than the other, so I can't use it!

Just a word delivery in 14 days????either the letter was lost or there was an oversight to send in 48h as indicated.

Actually very nice labels... I have already ordered these for the 3rd time. Unfortunately, 1-3 didn't stick properly on the last order and 2-3 labels came off again straight after washing. Wasn't the case otherwise. But would buy them again and again.

Good for self-adhesive labels on objects, but iron-on labels don't hold.

I had already bought labels from you and no problem, I recommended this year and this time all my labels come off in the wash despite a good use of installation and washing as indicated in your recommendations ... Thank you for what you can do cordially Agnès Porcher

I have not been able to glue them even though I did it as indicated in the instructions.

The labels didn't hold. I had taken care to put them on correctly.

I have no use for the heat-sensitive labels. They do not adhere to any school uniform garment. They are supposed to be for these types of fabrics . I have contacted you on IG and sent you pictures but have not heard back. Thank you

I can't seem to unclip the cap for easy cleaning as shown in the video. Otherwise, the products are very good.

Even some labels come off after washing.

They're still as pretty as ever, but the quality is no longer up to scratch. I've been ordering for a few years now, and the last two times it's not the same, the plastic isn't the same quality, so it doesn't come off as well, they tear and don't hold up as well. It's sad because it was really, really good before. I hope you'll come back.

Ordered round labels and had a lot of trouble sticking them on without folds and as soon as there are folds they come off quickly. Already ordered rectangular labels and never had a problem.

I'm very satisfied with the self-adhesive labels for objects and clothing. However, the thermo-adhesive labels for clothes do not stick at all! They came off after only 1 wash! I tried again, leaving my iron on longer, but the result was the same. I therefore strongly advise against this product. Otherwise, delivery was fast.

I did not receive what I thought I would receive I wrote to customer service who never answered me This is the 1st time I am disappointed, I ordered several times without pbm S.

I was delighted with my labels... until the first wash. Most of them come off halfway, even on cotton clothes. Disappointed in the end, I'm going to have to rewrite my baby's name on the store-bought labels, even though I originally bought these so I could cut them.

Very pretty labels. It's a pity that they come off after the 1st wash at 30C when it's written that they can withstand washes up to 60. Thermo-glued at 200 as indicated, but with a rest period of more than 24 hours before the first wash.

The labels have started to peel off a few times.... the design is very nice but a bit expensive in relation to quality-price ratio.

Unfortunately, the cap on the purchased water bottle does not close...counting that it is to be used by a three-year-old, I think the product should be checked better before sending it to the customer...especially given the price and the relative expectations of such a medium-high product.

I received paper labels when I was looking for stick-on fabric labels. Perhaps I made a mistake with the product name?

Great labels! Nice personalized gourd, but too fragile for a child. Despite a case, the varnish is already cracking and 2 stoppers have broken in 6 months...

I have not received my order after almost 1 month and no update from petit fernand. I was really looking forward to my order, but under these circumstances I will not order or recommend again.

The labels were badly cut, some plastic was sticking out, it was difficult to remove them, usually there are no problems but this time I was disappointed.

The labels are pretty because I've ordered them before, but this time I'm really disappointed. My son's birthday came and went a week ago and I still haven't received the new labels. I ordered them on December 17! Obviously I won't be needing them anymore. What a shame!
