Order placed on August 20, still nothing received on September 04
Hello, I still haven't received my order! Over the past 2 weeks, I've contacted customer service several times by email and on Facebook, and even by phone! The answer is always the same: "Please be patient". Still, my son doesn't have his labels for the new school year and my credit card has still been debited. I'd like to point out that this is the first time this has happened to me. Last year, no worries, everything was received on time.
Lousy customer service, not professional at all. An order error that they did not want to refund or exchange... No gesture, no understanding, really disappointed.

I would have loved to say how beautiful the stickers are if they had arrived! Order never received and talking to support is like talking to a wall. They continually send the same email without actually solving the problem! Tell me how I should contact you.

I placed an order on August 6 and have not received it yet. You can't track the order either, so at no time are you informed. The order has been lost, and they have sent me another one, again with no information. I have to be the one who writes constantly to know something and they don't give much detail either. Doesn't hold after the first wash like last year's. Seems to be a manufacturing defect.
Very bad service, they take a long time to attend to your complaints and the worst thing is that your orders take a long time to arrive, after almost 1 month I am still waiting for mine.

I'm very disappointed with garment labels! none of them stick, I even leave the iron on longer than expected and nothing helps, it sticks (sometimes not well) but after a few hours of handling the garment, without even going through the washing machine and dryer exercise, the label comes off!
It's a joke, you're asking for our opinion, it's been 1 month since I ordered and I haven't received anything! My son went back to school without any label material, I've made a complaint and they won't reply if I don't receive my order within 48 hours, I'm appealing to the consumer associations. Terribly disappointed
I did not receive my order in full, I was told by email that the missing part had to be sent again. To this day I still haven't received anything. This is the second year I've had problems with my orders.

A shame, labels ordered on August 22, shipped according to them on August 24! Order not received to date despite two emails to customer service. No phone number, just an e-mail, which sends you an automatic e-mail warning you not to send an e-mail as it overloads their system and lengthens processing times! Apart from the site, which looks great, it's a real rip-off! We are D+1 from the start of the school year and my daughter has no label for the nursery.

The first order did not arrive. I have claimed it and supposedly the second order has yet to arrive. A month has already passed. I call the contact number (which is open until 5 o'clock) and at 4:30 p.m. no one answers. For me, I am disappointed with the service offered.

It is not the price they advertise and it has taken more than 25 days to arrive and then they are of a quality...low let's say.
