It's practical for children's things, especially in kindergarten. Honestly, it's great, but the only downside is that some of them fall off in the machine wash.

I am quite disappointed with my order this year. The iron-on labels don't stick, whereas the ones I ordered last year are still there a year later... I ordered an isothermal water bottle for my daughter's entry into kindergarten: it fell once, the cap broke and after three months of use the paint around the neck of the bottle is peeling.

Order received well and quickly. Extra stopper top and cover very good. Only downside: the bottle is pretty, but the image on it is very pale. I was expecting something bigger and flashier. It was the first time I'd ordered from this site, and the images are too beautiful. But the rendering is a bit disappointing. I used to order from another site and the transfers were more visible. My son preferred another site than the first two and the rendering is more conspicuous. It's a shame, but frankly, the images are really good.

Nice gourd but scratched on delivery

The quality of the kit is good, but there is a large ink stain at the top of the kit. Disappointed because it doesn't come out even when washed.

This is the first time I've ordered anything other than labels. My order was sent in several shipments, so far no worries, but I found out when I opened the package that was supposed to contain my order. So a little lack of information on shipping and tracking (I had to ask for my parcel number 2 times to get it... ) .

The quality looks good (after all, I don't have the benefit of hindsight, so I don't know how it will evolve over time) but I don't like the opening system for the bottles and cans, I think it's not easy for a young child and it's not hygienic to have to open with your fingers... I didn't see it before ordering. I don't know if it's me who didn't find it, but I think it's not described on the site. Delivery is very fast. And the designs and personalization appeal to children.

Quality is lower than expected.

Stickers are difficult to remove from the backing paper and the surrounding film sometimes tears off.

The stickers are very thick, I ordered these before in September and they last ages but I needed some more clothes labels. Unfortunately the edging of the stickers didn't detach as easily as the last ones. They pulled at the edges where they hadn't been fully cut into I'm presuming. I'm hoping this doesn't mean they come off easier.

I don't really like it, it came off in the wash, even though I followed the instructions very well.

I ordered a creche pack and labels for another child and everything was put together. As a result, I had to undo the booklet, which was very ugly to give as a gift... I'm quite disappointed.

The labels come off easily. I ironed them as the instructions said, but they pop right off. 🙁 A pity because they are beautiful. I will not put any more of your labels, I will buy from another company. Very disappointed, after more than 1 month waiting, the result was not good.

I tried in vain to place an order on your site during the last week of November in order to benefit from the code for the 2nd lunchbox at 50% off. It didn't work and I reported it to customer service. So I paid the full price, and was disgusted when I saw that the following week you were offering these boxes at 16.50 instead of 22. Customer service should have informed me, that would have been nicer. As a result, I would no longer recommend this site.

Everything was fine with the order, unfortunately a change to the order was not accepted despite confirmation by e-mail.

I was a little disappointed because the labels came off ??

I have been buying your labels for a few years now and have always been very very happy but i have to be honest the quality has gone down. The stick on name labels i ordered in the summer for my children returning to school have been peeling off. This hasn't happened in previous years. Also my latest order of some stick on labels arrived with most of the order missing. I still haven't received the outstanding labels yet and chistmas is next week. I have had to purchase additional labels from a supermarket as i had to post present at the end of last week so feel very disapointed and feel i have wasted money now on something that i have had to go and repurchase so have been out of pocket. Not happy at all.

Order received on time. The canister is very cute. However, I'm very disappointed with the quality of the little personalized school bag: the fabric was all wrinkled and the print was not sharp. The personalized bag is very light. I wouldn't recommend it.

Goods did not arrive. Only after several e-mails and a phone call from me, assurance to send the order again. Service very friendly and helpful!

Easy ordering, fast delivery. But the iron-on labels don't stick at all. I had already ordered some without any problem. But this time, they don't stick. Disappointed

The labels are really nice and cute. I love them. To be seen after use and machine washing. Where I'm disappointed is that I really thought I'd ordered the labels with ironing and in the end I received the labels without ironing.

Great product, but I paid 2 times...not understood... and I realized too late... otherwise nickel labels

The product arrived promptly but in a very battered envelope. The illustration detail is lost on the stickers as the images are too small. My little granddaughters will need a magnifying glass to see the images. Disappointed. I think if I was being constructive I would suggest giving more of the blank space over and enlarge the images.

I bought a batch of sticky labels and was very pleased with them. I bought a second set, but some of them came off in the first wash. I find the labels very nice and easy to use, and they won't come off when I wash them.

Your products are always original and beautiful indeed. But I want to point out something really unfortunate,I understand that the delivery is in the mailbox but you have to put a package or wrapping because raining I had all the stickers ruined and it is not nice at all. Not knowing when they arrive precisely if it rains it is a disaster.

Not received my stickers yet due to Christmas post but I'm sure will be here soon, but I love the designs Iv chosen!

Labels wash off

I bought a lot of labels from you, and my last order a lot of labels don't come off the booklet, they tear. I'm very disappointed with my last order

The pack's not bad, but there's a big problem with the cut-outs for the shoe stickers! The stickers are cut right in the middle of the writing...

The print quality is superb, but either I picked it up incorrectly or it didn't work, but all the labels came off in the wash...

They have not yet arrived, and in the meantime I had to purchase them elsewhere
