Everything was fine with the order, unfortunately a change to the order was not accepted despite confirmation by e-mail.

I was a little disappointed because the labels came off ??

I have been buying your labels for a few years now and have always been very very happy but i have to be honest the quality has gone down. The stick on name labels i ordered in the summer for my children returning to school have been peeling off. This hasn't happened in previous years. Also my latest order of some stick on labels arrived with most of the order missing. I still haven't received the outstanding labels yet and chistmas is next week. I have had to purchase additional labels from a supermarket as i had to post present at the end of last week so feel very disapointed and feel i have wasted money now on something that i have had to go and repurchase so have been out of pocket. Not happy at all.

Order received on time. The canister is very cute. However, I'm very disappointed with the quality of the little personalized school bag: the fabric was all wrinkled and the print was not sharp. The personalized bag is very light. I wouldn't recommend it.

Goods did not arrive. Only after several e-mails and a phone call from me, assurance to send the order again. Service very friendly and helpful!

Easy ordering, fast delivery. But the iron-on labels don't stick at all. I had already ordered some without any problem. But this time, they don't stick. Disappointed

The labels are really nice and cute. I love them. To be seen after use and machine washing. Where I'm disappointed is that I really thought I'd ordered the labels with ironing and in the end I received the labels without ironing.

Great product, but I paid 2 times...not understood... and I realized too late... otherwise nickel labels

The product arrived promptly but in a very battered envelope. The illustration detail is lost on the stickers as the images are too small. My little granddaughters will need a magnifying glass to see the images. Disappointed. I think if I was being constructive I would suggest giving more of the blank space over and enlarge the images.

I bought a batch of sticky labels and was very pleased with them. I bought a second set, but some of them came off in the first wash. I find the labels very nice and easy to use, and they won't come off when I wash them.

Your products are always original and beautiful indeed. But I want to point out something really unfortunate,I understand that the delivery is in the mailbox but you have to put a package or wrapping because raining I had all the stickers ruined and it is not nice at all. Not knowing when they arrive precisely if it rains it is a disaster.

Not received my stickers yet due to Christmas post but I'm sure will be here soon, but I love the designs Iv chosen!

Labels wash off

I bought a lot of labels from you, and my last order a lot of labels don't come off the booklet, they tear. I'm very disappointed with my last order

The pack's not bad, but there's a big problem with the cut-outs for the shoe stickers! The stickers are cut right in the middle of the writing...

The print quality is superb, but either I picked it up incorrectly or it didn't work, but all the labels came off in the wash...

The shoe stickers and the non-iron-on clothing stickers are perfect. I give them a 10. The thermo-adhesive ones have not given me good results. First wash and already peeled off on some garments, specifically on the school polo shirts.

I always receive it late, never on time. Otherwise, everything is perfect.

I purchased really beautiful personalized water bottles however not very functional in opening and closing for my 4 year old. If the closure was better and they had a lanyard for carrying they would be perfect!

Have used these labels for the past two years and thought they were great, however, having received my order this time the pack of stickers are coated in a see through sticky film that makes them unusable as it's as though the stickiness is on the front of the labels where the design is rather than the back! For a nearly £20 order this is not good enough.

I am satisfied with the product but I had a problem on the site impossible to change the delivery address ... I therefore with my order leave a comment to report and give this new address. The answer came the next day: impossible to change this address, delivery will be made to the old address ...... The order was delivered to the correct address .... Patricia Butsch

The gourd is really very pretty and practical, and I have nothing to say about it. However, after only a short time in use, my 4-year-old daughter dropped her school bag from above while she was inside it, and the plastic lid that protects the drinking spout broke into several pieces. I think it hit her right on the head, but it's still fragile because children are bound to drop things at some point! As a result, I have to recommend a cap and the gourd is going to cost me... 28 euros with shipping plus 8 euros for a new cap, too bad! And I hope there won't be another incident.

I have ordered the same stick-on labels I ordered three years ago and they are 3mm smaller but the price is the same. It does make a difference as the name is not as easy to read.

After the first wash the ticket came unstuck, really disappointed.

I'm very disappointed by the iron-on labels, which don't stand up to the first wash, even if you follow all the instructions for applying and washing them.

The labels are perfect, just as I had created them on the site ... they are gorgeous !!! The only downside is that the package was not traceable and especially the package arrived to me open !!!

I can't really give an opinion because I still haven't received my order, which was supposed to be dispatched in 48 hours but obviously missed its departure...

I bought the kindergarten pack. The labels are very pretty. The iron-on ones are great, but the self-adhesive ones go off with the 1st wash. They all end up stuck in my washing machine. If I recommend it, I'll only buy iron-on.

Unfortunately, my order has not arrived. Customer service is very friendly, but was also unable to help me locate the goods I had already paid for. I am therefore unable to comment on the goods themselves. I think they will be good. Too bad I couldn't try it out and my money is gone.

The water bottle caps I ordered are fragile for water bottles intended for children. The new cap is already partially broken...

I bought a bottle cap that is difficult to open. It's for a child!

The can is great but the drinking spout is already broken and that in the 2 cans I bought I am a little disappointed because given the price I thought it was more solid.

Superb custom color boards, too bad the labels come off in the 1st wash, not the product I was looking for.

Satisfied with the service but the 6-euro delivery charge was not attractive and made me hesitate a lot.
