Very bad service, they take a long time to attend to your complaints and the worst thing is that your orders take a long time to arrive, after almost 1 month I am still waiting for mine.

Nul doesn't fit at all

I'm very disappointed with garment labels! none of them stick, I even leave the iron on longer than expected and nothing helps, it sticks (sometimes not well) but after a few hours of handling the garment, without even going through the washing machine and dryer exercise, the label comes off!

It's a joke, you're asking for our opinion, it's been 1 month since I ordered and I haven't received anything! My son went back to school without any label material, I've made a complaint and they won't reply if I don't receive my order within 48 hours, I'm appealing to the consumer associations. Terribly disappointed

I did not receive my order in full, I was told by email that the missing part had to be sent again. To this day I still haven't received anything. This is the second year I've had problems with my orders.

The goods have still not arrived. Never again.

The iron-on labels come off without even being put in the washing machine or tumble dryer. I did follow the instructions. Very disappointed!

A shame, labels ordered on August 22, shipped according to them on August 24! Order not received to date despite two emails to customer service. No phone number, just an e-mail, which sends you an automatic e-mail warning you not to send an e-mail as it overloads their system and lengthens processing times! Apart from the site, which looks great, it's a real rip-off! We are D+1 from the start of the school year and my daughter has no label for the nursery.

I ordered these ages ago and still not had anything it's been three weeks and nothing !!!!

The first order did not arrive. I have claimed it and supposedly the second order has yet to arrive. A month has already passed. I call the contact number (which is open until 5 o'clock) and at 4:30 p.m. no one answers. For me, I am disappointed with the service offered.

I paid and have not received the order. I am still waiting for a solution.

The address to which I was sent was incomplete, so I never received the order, and I have no way of contacting anyone so that they can send it back to me. My son didn't get these labels for the start of the new school year, and I'm very disappointed this year when everything usually goes so well.

It is not the price they advertise and it has taken more than 25 days to arrive and then they are of a quality...low let's say.

I placed my order on August 5th and I still have not received it, they sent it to me again and I still have not received it.

Unfortunately, our order has not yet arrived.

Children's isothermal water bottles are very fragile: after a fall, the enamel flakes off. What's more, once they're full, they're heavy, which overloads the schoolbag! I don't recommend these bottles.

Good morning, your thermoadhesive labels x clothes are great and the package arrived quite fast! As for the labels x items it is now 15gg and they have not arrived yet. I hope they will arrive x the beginning of the school year!

Delay in shipping, difficulty in troubleshooting. Shipping by regular mail I will not buy more on this platform.

Your site is a BIG FRAUD! I've been paying for a tracked shipment since 18/08 and now it's 02/09 and I've received absolutely nothing!!!! and of course it's impossible to track the shipment otherwise it was too easy. I ABSOLUTELY DO NOT RECOMMEND YOUR SITE!!! More than unfavorable opinion! No response to my order other than "in preparation" and "dispatched" but NEVER ARRIVED !!!!

Super long shipping time. The website advertises that the stickers will be dispatched within 48 hours. This was also adhered to. Unfortunately it is not written that the post office needs another 6 days to deliver. You only get told this on request. Too bad that takes too long!!! Had to label everything by hand. Too bad for our money.

Very bad, I ordered it on August 10 and after many inquiries to customer service I still have not received it.

The product was not what I expected. And customer service was not very understanding.
