I haven't eaten foie gras for a long time but as far as I remember the taste and having tested other "faux gras", Marie-Sophie's Bonne Foi is the closest I've come. Excellent!

This is the second Christmas I have chosen Petit Veganne for their fabulous Bonne Foi. It's a pure delight! I don't miss the original version at all! It's relatively different in taste, but very fine in the mouth. Even my parents were positively surprised! The texture personally, I find that it is really very close to the original foie gras. I absolutely recommend it! And see you next year!

I received my order including 2 "la bonne foi" and 2 "La nouvelle mer" from Marie-Sophie L. However, the 2 jars of "la nouvelle mer" did not last the transport because they were not airtight anymore and could not be eaten because they were opened since... I still tasted them but they were not edible anymore !

It's excellent! especially the rillettes de la mer. A little downside however: I found the terrine imitating foie gras a little too sweet.

Ordered on Saturday evening and received on Tuesday. The package arrived in good condition and the interior very well protected (ice pack to keep cool the good faith and the new sea).
