Fast delivery but package rerouted a bit further from home

The order is simple and the delivery is fast in a relay near my home. The reactive after-sales service is also a plus, even if it would be easier to specify that the choice of the relay point is to be made after the purchase, directly with the delivery service.

I ordered a basket with 1 cheese of each kind, a fatty joy and cashew nuts. Very fast delivery. Well packaged package. As for the flavours... Congratulations! Bluffing! We were delighted with the delicacy and quality of these dishes. Simply delicious. I recommend it!

The package was delivered within 24 hours and arrived in very good condition. I had ordered the terrine of good faith from Marie Sophie L (fresh product) for Christmas. It remains to wait for Christmas Eve to taste it but I know that I will not be disappointed ^^

The cold gelatin "pack" opened (poorly welded edge) from which the cardboard and the protective packaging were partly wet. The fact that the "bona fide" jars must remain at +4°C was not indicated in the catalogue. Did they stay that way during the 48 hours of transport? I'm not afraid to eat them anyway, but they're going to make another train trip...
