Very pleasantly surprised by the taste and texture of the bona fide. Of course it doesn't taste like real foie gras (which would be a bit worrying) but it's really close in terms of greediness, without the animal cruelty. Best eaten very fresh, on a country bread. Slightly sweet and peppery, it's really delicious. It becomes a bit disgusting if you eat too much of it. I will recommend it for the end of year celebrations.

I received a jar of the right liver opened. Otherwise everything is perfect! I haven't tasted all the cheeses yet, but the petit lorrain is very good and blue! I have some reservations about the bonne foie which I found too strong in soy taste...
