During my order I had a problem of payment (I don't have a cell phone and the security code had to be transmitted to me by this means) I contacted the company which answered me quickly by suggesting me to pass by Paypal what solved my problem. It's rare to have an efficient answer written by a real person and not an anonymous answer that falls short of the question asked: bravo!

The ordered article corresponds well to the description except that I am not sure that it is the most appropriate for my needs because my many messages (3or4) remained without answer...

Quickly sent my order but it did not correspond to the ad on the site! I called the customer service number, nobody answered, an answering machine started telling me to leave a message, that they would contact me again !!!!.... it's been 15 days and still nothing !!!!! so I still don't know if I can use the item I bought !!!! (CO2 refill for lifejacket !!!!!!)
