Product delivered quickly and confirmed to the order. However, I would have liked to have more information about the origin (manufacturing) of the product.

No problem with the delivery itself (product delivered compliant and in good condition). Problem with the time taken to hand over to the carrier; the day after the order was placed, Picksea announced that it had been handed over to the carrier, whereas this was not the case, as indicated by the delivery tracking link. Next time I'll take a bigger margin: the marine chart I'd ordered arrived after I'd left for the site. I now know to allow a week.

I asked the sales department for advice on what size to take, and they told me "your shoe size". I trusted them, but I was wrong. It was much too small. So I sent them back to make the change at my expense. 15€ more. I won't recommend Picksea because it's not honest.
Problem with the DPD delivery man who was not reliable at all. Ten days, three notices, four appointments and two trips to pick up the package.

Disappointed by my order. The article was presented by pair on the image of the site whereas it is delivered to the unit (contrary to the competing sites whose same image relates well to a sale by pair). The sales team recognized its error but I am still penalized financially despite a commercial gesture on a possible future order. An unpleasant impression of having been deceived.
Fast shipping, unfortunately the size was not suitable and no exchange possible because no more stock for the next size. I think it's a shame to have to pay the shipping costs because this return cost me seven euros without having the product. I have not yet received my refund but with all the possibilities of free returns that exist today I will turn more to sites that offer this service.

I found my raincoat on the Picksea website at the best price on the net. Unfortunately the item delivered was defective and had to be returned for exchange. The second oilcloth delivered is still defective... It's a shame.
Still haven't received the rest of the order made over a month ago.

I ordered a black inflatable life jacket. It arrived red. And not even an exchange offer. That's very poor order tracking.

I was hoping for the order before Christmas. It arrived too late and it was complicated to get the package from the postal sorting center.
My order seems to have taken a week to ship. Two days for transit! That's good 😏
The problem: cardboard box containing the boots in poor condition, obviously stored in a damp place and for a long time. I hope that the leather boots did not suffer from this storage. Hello, Disappointed with your communication vis a vis gloves I imagine more in stock or available. Yes I understood when I received first the notice and then your message about this refund but no response to my next message asking why this refund.
On the site, cap marked in One Size, we have no choice of size. The cap delivered is a S /M. On the manufacturer's website, we have the choice between S /M and L /XL. I needed a L, the cup is too small. It would have been preferable that on the site they indicate S /M rather than One Size which is not the case.
