I did not give them 5 stars just because the stock on site had not been updated and another solution had to be found. On the other hand, I liked the friendliness and competence of the various correspondents. They did their utmost to solve the problem and it was quick!

Good service fast response

I was satisfied with my order. I was delivered very quickly but the bag I purchased was missing a strap. I contacted customer service by phone, it went very well and they sent the strap back to me a few weeks later, which is a little long. So I take away one star for that.
