I was particularly disappointed by the fact that they refused to give me a free return for an exchange of an item that actually cost less than 150 when I ordered for more than 400 on this site. This is a lack of commercial sense. I will not recommend this site.

I called the customer service number, nobody answered, an answering machine started telling me to leave a message, that they would contact me again !!!!.... it's been 15 days and still nothing !!!!! so I still don't know if I can use the item I bought !!!!
