Purchase fleece-lined nautical jacket brand SLAM, is very warm, certainly effective at sea. I use it on my bike when the temperature is close to 0 °C without a sweater otherwise I like the light summer jacket but this one is without a hood that I wear every day. SLAM produced in Genoa.
