I found the site very good but I must admit that I was worried about the delivery of the order as I had no message from you between the payment and the announcement of the delivery, i.e. 6/7 days delay. A small message confirming the preparation and delivery would have reassured me 😉. Otherwise everything went very well, the quality is there and I received everything before Christmas so perfect !!!!

Everything was fine with the order and I received the package undamaged. The order was promised by December 12th (but it was a Saturday), the next day I received it (Tuesday). On the other hand, the postal trace was left behind. I watched it on the weekends, he was still writing German when I got it.

The person I dealt with at Picksea is perfect. She is friendly and available and does her job extremely well. She goes out of her way to solve problems. It is rare to deal with such conscientious people. It is unfortunate, however, that Picksea's supplier used a very unsavory carrier. He refused to assemble the washing machine I bought and when I unpacked it, it was damaged and out of order. The matter is still not resolved and Picksea should put pressure on this supplier to change the carrier.
