The product image is misleading: I was looking for an overcoat but not a sham. The measurements of the edges would be an indication, or a photo on the head with a jacket with a collar.

The customer relationship is perfect: perfect telephone accessibility, reactivity in the answers brought to the questions BUT on my 3 experiences (of which one in period COVID that I neutralize for my appreciation), nevertheless 2 problems: * orders of mooring lines for which I had specified in observation the desired dimensions for each and in the end delivery of a single mooring line corresponding to the total length ordered so need to recut + seamanship * order of 2 inflatable fenders: I expected a delivery of the product inflated which was not the case. It's been more than a week since the delivery and I still haven't found the right size inflator despite my research (***, etc).
