Some computer difficulties solved by phone

A serious company, with a great service! A professional and zealous staff who warned me to point out an error on my part when choosing the delivery option (pickup in Ploemeur while I live 2000km away). The error was rectified immediately by the Picksea customer service and the delivery was on time! 5 stars for Picksea!

The size of the shorts I received was too small, so I decided to exchange them, which was done quickly and without any problem 🙂 I first called the number given in the invoice to make sure they would put a pair of shorts aside for me. I then sent the item back and 3 days later I had the right size shorts. Great service! On the other hand note very lower for Musto which changed its model which thus sizes too small now, more button sewed approximately. Very insufficient quality :-((
