Hi, I am very happy with my order from Picksea, the first ones that arrived were too big and I had to return them. I found the site very good but I must admit that I was worried about the delivery of the order as I had no message from you between the payment and the announcement of the delivery, i.e. 6/7 days delay. The person I dealt with at Picksea is perfect. She is friendly and available and does her job extremely well. She goes out of her way to solve problems. It is rare to deal with such conscientious people. It is unfortunate, however, that Picksea's supplier used a very unsavory carrier. He refused to assemble the washing machine I bought and when I unpacked it, it was damaged and out of order. The matter is still not resolved and Picksea should put pressure on this supplier to change the carrier.
