My package was supposed to arrive on the 24th /12. I received a message on the morning of the 24th indicating that the delivery could not be made due to the absence of the recipient, which is perfectly false as I had not left my home during the day. I then received a message indicating delivery in a relay point in which I went twice without success. I finally discovered 2 days later that it had been delivered in another relay point. This kind of mishap seems to happen regularly when you choose this unreliable carrier.
