Two months delay to receive my order and not even a commercial gesture

The product was not available at the time of ordering but we were informed and the announced delivery time was respected.

After ordering online, I did not receive any information for 3 weeks. I called to inquire and was told that the supplier had not yet sent the package, but that it should arrive the following week. That the supplier is late is understandable, but not being informed of the delay by email or text is unacceptable! I even wondered if the order had been registered.

Very well done site. Easy order, received in time (3 days for Belgium). Product well packaged. Very happy!
