I would not rate the delay in delivery as I attribute it to the current strikes. I did not rate 5 stars because I had a hard time getting information about this delivery delay. The package tracking was not activated. As a customer, I like to be kept informed of delays without having to ask. The product itself deserves a rating of 5. Thank you. With my best regards.

I remove one star because of a small problem of delay due apparently to a delay of the supplier and also for the bad choice of the packaging, which was not adapted to the product. Indeed, as it is a long eye needle, it would have been better to pack it in a rigid cardboard box, rather than a soft plastic envelope, because the needle was twisted when it arrived. This is not surprising when you know how "delicate" the deliverymen are when they handle the packages.....
