Perfect.

Nothing to say about the delays and the follow-up of the shipment... but there was a difference of 4 sizes on the product received compared to the order. The phone contact with the Peacksea representative went very well and the reshipment was fast. We still have to check that the new shipment will be conform... Please note that the purchase of a plastic envelope for the return was at my expense.

Very satisfied with your products as usual. Much less with the TNT carrier. I had chosen this type of delivery because of an order a little late before Christmas. My package was supposed to arrive on the 24th /12. I received a message on the morning of the 24th indicating that the delivery could not be made due to the absence of the recipient, which is perfectly false as I had not left my home during the day. I then received a message indicating delivery in a relay point in which I went twice without success. I finally discovered 2 days later that it had been delivered in another relay point. This kind of mishap seems to happen regularly when you choose this unreliable carrier.

I know it was lighter to send the small yellow waterproof bag than the blue guy Cotten bag but still!
