Very good service. I would have liked to have small goodies (stickers, magazines, candies,...) in the packages but very happy anyway!

Very disappointing. The product (40 mm long flat calipers) is announced in stock but the order is sent only after 4 weeks. Without any news, I had to contact myself to get information and understand what was going on: waiting for the supplier. I absolutely needed it for the Christmas vacations. I was right to anticipate my purchase in November... Moreover, for an unknown reason, the package was not delivered to the requested relay point. Last surprise: when I finally get my order back, I notice that the flat stirrups are not the size I ordered (50 mm instead of 40 mm). Very long delays, unsolicited information, modified delivery, non-compliant order: full marks! Usually I never put reviews (positive or negative) but this is out of the ordinary enough to deserve it.

I would not rate the delay in delivery as I attribute it to the current strikes. I did not rate 5 stars because I had a hard time getting information about this delivery delay. I was patient because there was no urgency to repair my sail and because you were very kind on the phone but it is not normal that you continue to promote on the internet a product that you have been out of stock for three months (with the mention delivered within a week), this shows at least a negligence on your part

The only point that explains my rating: in commenting on my order I had underlined the wish to be delivered with 4 mooring lines: 3 of 5 m and one of 10 m. The package includes only one 25 m mooring line.
