Hello, Marine card ordered on 21 /11 received on 12 /12, while it should have arrived between 02 and 05 /12 and I needed it of course on those dates. When I called, the person on the phone gave me the impression that it was an oversight, she offered to reimburse me because I told her that the other people in the training had received it on time (ordered from competitors) and assured me that I would have it on the 11th, I went to the relay point, still not arrived. Indeed, as it is a long eye needle, it would have been better to pack it in a rigid cardboard box, rather than a soft plastic envelope, because the needle was twisted when it arrived.
