I received quite quickly the 23 /aoÅ"t and as soon as I receive the package I realize that it does not suit me, I return it within the hour with the return form as indicated in the package and shipping costs of *** at my expense in collissimo .SO, I paid twice for transport for an unfortunate thing to ***, total cost *** . The next time I buy from a small merchant near me. Since then I have no news from this site or anyone else, nor refund, my consumer association will be notified when I return from vacation. It is certain that on *** the problem would already be settled. It is all the same regrettable that the example comes from America. The delivery time was respected and the packaging was impeccable. The only problem I had was the name of my city that I had to rewrite twice.
